I purchased coffee table and end tables from cleos and paid cash. Noticed that the end table was stripped of varnish on bottom due to packing tape. I understand I didn't notice for several months but they were unable to fix the problem. I did finance a whole bedroom suite when I had the cash to buy it only to improve my credit score. Well the side table, one of them is fading on top and top drawer meant to set laptop on is separating. I financed this furniture in April of 2014 and have been trying to get some response to be able to fix this since I am still paying for it but no one seems to care about fixing anything as long as they get their payments which are always on time. The furniture is junk and my bed broke within a month then took over a month to replace and had to sleep on floor. DO NOT buy furniture from Cleos. Thought they had a good reputation but finding out otherwise. Will never buy from them again after I get this paid off. And it's a shame because my next purchase was gonna be living room furniture and bedroom suite for my daughter. Cleos should be put out of business. Don't even deserve one star����

Visited 6-4-2015 and this place had the worst service possible. They complained the whole time they were understaffed, trying to unload a truck and try and help customers. This man had excuse for everything and a complaint just the same. Why would I buy from a company that complains about it self. Are you kidding me? Mark was lazy, rude and unhygienic. Smelled like he worked in a barn all day. Just disgusting. Would have to contemplate hard and receive a steal of a deal to buy from this slob.

I purchased a recliner for my husband.ON SALE $600. CASH..The chair almost immediately began falling apart. You name broke.. We brought it to be repaired under warranty.Its a huge thing ,difficult to move but they don't send a repairman or come pick it up like whites or Fergusons will. They said 2 weeks to repair what was broken. By the time we bit the bullet to take it in there was a button popped off, heat & massage broken, and recliner arm was broke all within about 6 months of my husband just sitting in it. He is not a large man. No jumping or anything on this chair. We got it back. Heater still broke when we plugged it in at home. Then the arm broke off...TWICE! Spend a little more and buy quality at WHITES .




We spent several thousands (95% of it paid in cash) in November 2013 at Cleo's Benton location. When the pieces were delivered, we noted & reported immediately, several issues. One piece was replaced fairly quickly. Supposedly the others had to be ordered, although they had pieces in the store that they could have traded, Anyway, it is now SIX MONTHS LATER and we are STILL waiting for one large piece to be replaced and a smaller piece to be replaced. Chances of that actually happening at this point I would say are fairly slim! It's a shame for the owners of Cleo's, too. We will be buying double that amount of furniture this fall and it will NOT be from there! IF we happen to get any positive results that change my opinion I'l be sure to update.



Buyer bewar

I bought a icomfort mattress a little over a month ago. It is now sagging and have to take it to the store to have it sent back with no replacement and no time frame on replacement. Not a good job Patrick. And no customer satisfaction gaurantee.

Cheap Trash, Bad Service

Whatever you do, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY at this place! Their mattresses are supposedly ALWAYS 50% off, yet I still paid almost $500 for a mattress whose brand I had never heard of (I liked it, comfort is more important than brand). But the fact of the matter is, I could have bought a Serta or something of better quality for probably the same price at Sam's Club and would not have had issues with it.

I purchased a bed in August from them and by February the stitching is coming loose and the seams are coming apart. The cushion/springs are fine, but the mattress is falling apart!

Not only that, but I am trying to get it replaced since it hasn't even been a year and every person I've spoke to, including their ""district manager"" is saying I have to bring the bed in and they have to take pictures of it and send it to the manufacturer to see if it's covered under the warranty. And even then, he doesn't know how I will get my bed once I move (I am moving this week and just realized there was an issue with the stitches).

This is totally unacceptable! If I had purchased a mattress at Sam's Club or some retailer who doesn't even SPECIALIZE in furniture, I could exchange it in the store, no matter how long it had been, but ESPECIALLY if it had been within a year. These guys don't want to help, they just want their money. I would expect far better service and quality from a retailer who specializes in furniture. But they are just trash dealers who don't care about their customers or the quality of their merchandise.

Whatever you do, don't even bother looking at their cheap knock off stuff, it will fall apart quickly and you'll be stuck with no help whatsoever.

GREAT VALUE-11 year old furniture still holding up

I recieved a great deal on a boys
solid wood bedroom set (bunk beds, chest and desk) and a sofa/loveseat combo that
I purchased at Cleos. For people on a budget, I have to say, this is the only low priced furniture that has held up
in my home.
I think it is a really great value...the styles are beautiful
and the salespeople knowledgeable and friendly without the high pressure sales you find in other stores.
