i have been buying furniture from Fergusons for over thirty five years over thirty five thousand dollars worth and i have never had one problem. The people at Ferguson's are very good at what they do keep up the great work looking forward to our next purchase which will be soon
We went to look at a sectional.We met a nice saleswoman Donna.She was very helpful.We said we were going to check out Whites then decide which sectional we wanted. We decided on the Lazy boy from Ferguson's. I called to get dimensions since the couch was over $3000.00 I wanted it to fit right? A woman answered said Donna was too busy to talk to me. I said that's fine I just need somebody to measure the sectional or give me the name so I can Google it. She was slightly irritated but said "hold on".After some time holding the phone began ringing again and another woman answered. I told her I was waiting for the woman to come back because I guess she is trying to get a measurement for me. This is where the REALLY RUDE ,WHITE TRASH starts in. She said "I don't think YOU,understand! We work on straight commission here! We have real customers in this store which is FAR MORE important than your phone call! ....OMG, I was amazed at trashy tacky rudeness. I said "well,I planned on spending over $3000.00 today so I thought I was important to.I just needed a measurement.You are terribly RUDE this is horrible customer service!GOODBYE!" I hung up and my husband said..."hmmmm, I guess somebody just saved me a lot of money, huh? I seriously considered not going there again but it wasn't Donnas fault that a piece of trash is employed there.She didn't hire her, right? So I got her cell number off the card and text her.She got back to me and apologized for the co-workers behavior. She gave me the measurement i needed and we went down and bought the sectional which wont be here until JANUARY. The two stars are only for Donna. The showroom model had a broken recliner (makes me nervous about quality) and the pycho rude woman on the phone that needs to be fired (wouldn't last at my job with that attitude) deserve no stars and a trip to unemployment line.
No customer satisfaction gaurantee. I paid over $1,000.00 for a mattress a little over a month ago and now it sags over and inch. I have to take it to them to have it sent off for warranty with no time frame on return or interim replacement. Not a good job Patrick
HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I live in Conway and am purchasing a piece of furniture. I'm calling around to price it and I will drive any mile to get a good price BUT Cathy was very rude from the get go! Immediately shot me down when I asked for price and said I had to drive from Conway just to get price on this bed! Her tone of voice was awful!!! I told her i could not drive from conway just to get the price and that I wanted to purchase... But i have to bring 3 toddlers with me! They definitely lost my business! I'll pay$200 difference just for better customer service!
