Hannah, I am sorry you were not 100% satisfied with our service. I spoke today to Mr. C and discussed the file in full, an explanation was provided which he seemed to understand. We are never happy about delays with resolutions but these sometimes occur and are sometimes out of our control.
So you are aware, the damages caused by the plumber and also the water cleanup company had nothing to do with Summit. We did not recommend either company to you.
Lastly, we await the revised award and will work with you to reach an amicable settlement, this was explained to Sam and you have my word on that.

I see there is a complaint on yp... Please contact me ASAP. I take any complaint seriously ... And would like to try and resolve before you go online and trash my good name. As always there's going to be two sides to the story. We deal with people and their damage homes,, it's never fast enough good enough quick enough because the darn insurance companies just drag it out. We have been sitting with damages since Feb and it is October!!!! We have a gaping hole in our ceiling from a pipe and flood. The water crew clean up or the water flood cracked counter they say it was the clean up crew - yet they paid them but say it wasn't the ceiling falling on it - This company is the WORST! I still have no resolve and they let us sit like this with damaged with a mess - I had to close the hole of the ceiling because I have children - What kind of company says they help when they treat actual clients with a problem like this. I SAY BEWARE _ Find a real company not out to take your money and treat actual people who go through a loss with some respect!
I still have damage to NEW cabinets - I had to fix myself, My new floors are warped, My basement carpet smells horrible and was asked not to touch anything yet. The ceiling tiles in the basement were kept open because they keep having to send people back. The plumbers who came to fix dropped the sealant on so on -
I have no clue what the other reviewers was talking about! I had Summit handle 2 of my claims and they both went great. Kenny Sutch was the adjuster and from the get go he made me feel like my claim was the only thing he cared about. Returned phone calls immediately, got a fantastic settlement and recommended a contractor that didn't gouge my eyes out. I would use them again without question.
I HAD A FLOOD IN THE HOUSE. I CALLED SUMMIT AND TONY (OWNER) CAME OUT. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO ME AND I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. AS SOON AS I DID, I WAS THEN TREATED LIKE A MORAN.
I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS OR EVEN MY WORST ENEMY.
wow its 8/14/2011 I never had a complaint in my life. Just looking on the web came across this site.. Please who ever u are come forward , I would love to pull your file up too see where things want wrong. U can call me anytime 24/7 Tony
