I was hung up on twice by the manager Melvin after I paid money for an order that I did not receive. He then actually blamed it on me even though paid for it and yet still never received the product. He hung up on me twice and then denied that McDonalds does not have a corporate office. Melvin also had a young lady Lie and say she was the manager which was not true all phone calls are recorded
Went in ordered my meal seen that I did not received my extra small fries that was OK I understand but when I went 2 receive my meal at the counter the employee slammed & slid my tray of food down if I did not catch my tray it would have been all over the floor I thought what kind of customer service is this McDonald's running I work in customer service &I for one would never treat any kind customer that way I say bad service if you ask me so I don't think that the care how their employee's treat the customer & yes I did call corporate about their service about how they treated me as a customer if you please pass this around this information because if you want good customer service you must put it out their that their service is not that great when it comes to dealing with customer.......
I have yet to have an issue with this McDonald's. The food is usually very good and they provide fast and friendly service. I've heard rumors about the milkshake dispenser not being clean or them serving old chicken nuggets, but I've never experienced any problems with them. I don't usually order their milkshakes, so I don't know how they are.
Service at the drive-through is bad! They make mistakes every time my husband and I go there. From not putting ice in the drinks, to giving the wrong size, or the wrong sandwich altogether! You have a 50/50% chance of getting a nice cashier. Most times when we've gone, we get this monotone-clearly-hates-their-job-speaking cashier. Almost every time we go we end up having to pull over to wait for food. What is with the system in there? This is "fast food!" It should be fast and convenient. Not wait ahead for 2 to 5 minutes. One time when we were asked to pull up to wait, the person went on break and they forgot about us, prompting us to go in and ask for the food!It sucks because we normally like Wendy's, but we're going to have to find another place.
