I had the most prompt service on short notice 05/27/2107. My sister in -laws SUV was making noise and I couldn't ID it. I took it too Bensalem Auto care for a diagnosis. The Mechanic on duty (Tom, master technician ) was alone at the time. I told him to see what he could do. He called back shortly there after to explain the problems associated with the noise and said he would check to see if anything else was causing it. He found a broken Trans axle bracket and was able to repair it promptly. He found other problems that I wasn't aware of. I'm glad that he was able to find and repair the SUV so quickly on a Holiday weekend! The cost was reasonable too. I'm especially glad that he was able to diagnose & repair it that day! I found them to be very capable & competent in diagnosing my problems and repairing them expertly. I glad to have them so close to me. I wholeheartedly recommend them for all types of service! The worst place to repair or inspect your vehicle. This is last time i went this shop for anything. Total rip off. I was there for state inspection and once i left the shop, muffler came off on the road. Technicians ruin your car on purpose to make you come back and charge you for fixing. Very bad place to have your vehicle inspected or repaired. Zero trust with anything. Stay away
The Fuhrs provided quick, excellent feedback to my level of understanding. Their concern as I looked to buy a used car was to tell me the exact condition of the vehicle. No beating around the bush with these guys. Great, responsive customer service. Definitely a family business environment but they get the job done and care about giving real value. Steve helped point out a potentially disastrous purchase of a vehicle that the dealership said had no defects. He explained the situation clearly and picked up the phone multiple times later that day to answer my questions as I further investigated at the dealership. He even helped explain to the dealership mechanics what I couldn't–––why he thought the car had a defect. Very helpful at a reasonable cost.

These guys are class acts. They have a wide variety of cars and they are very helpful and friendly I have had my vehicle for a little over three months now and I could not be happier. I appreciate that everyone has a voice but I want mine to be heard as well because I am a happy customer who loves there car and would go back to scott and the guys anytime.
These guys are the worst. They had me drop off my car first thing in the morning and took all day to even look at it. Then when I called to follow up, they acted like I was bothering them. Then when they finally called me to say it was done, it was 10 minutes to 5, I told them I was on my way, and when I got there at 5:04, the shop was closed and everyone was gone. Then the next day, when I could finally get my car, they hand me my insurance card back (that I never gave them) when I get to my car I see that they actually went through my glove compartment. Not only did they take my insurance card, but also my registration which is missing and they claim was never there. I'm not even gonna mention how the price changed by 50 bucks at the last minute, based in using a card rather than cash. In short, don't trust these guys
We are visiting for a funeral when I hit a pot hole in the rain. We called first thing I. The am, brought the car in an hour later. The staff was great. Helpful with the selection and advice. I purchased 4 tires with road hazard and an alignment. The car was ready in an hour and they informed me that the pothole did not change the alignment so there was no charge for an alignment. Cuirtious honest and helpful!
I have been taking my car here for the last couple of years and have received nothing but great service. Most recently I brought my car in for a brake service as they were squealing a lot. They called me shortly after I dropped off my car and informed me my brakes were still in really good condition, but my back brakes had some dust build up. They removed my brakes, cleaned them, and re-installed them and told me the service was free as no actual repair/replacement was needed. Another example of how they are NOT in the business of ripping their customers off, I brought my wife's 2 year old car in a few months ago as it was idling hard and the shifting was a little rough. They checked out the car, informed me they did experience a cylinder misfire, but everything else on the car was in great condition. They reminded me the car was still under warranty from the dealer we purchased from and recommended contacting them and requesting a type of car-computer reset (which often corrects the type of problem we were experiencing) which would be covered under our warranty. Again, no fee charged for the inspection work they completed. Instead, they offered advice that was in my best interest. When they have completed work on my vehicles, it has always been timely, they have always professionally communicated the work being performed and their prices have always been great. They also often apply discounts and coupons to my bill even though I have never presented one when bringing my car in for service. In summary, this is a great neighborhood auto shop with great mechanics who have really taken care of me and my vehicles.
