Good Food, Terrible Service

I had been to the one in Concord and liked it so I thought I'd give the Benicia location a try. The food is pretty good (LOVE the BBQ sauce).

The service, however, is terrible. I brought out of town guests with me and this was an embarrassing first impression of Benicia to give them. We had a problem with two of the four sandwiches in our order and when we, nicely, tried to get them corrected we got nothing but attitude. They corrected the order eventually but it was such a hassle when it really didnt need to be.

My advice, make sure they write down your order EXACTLY and double check it when you get it. That goes double for take-out.
