Orthopedic Surgeons

I called to try and set an appointment but had a few simple questions first. The girl seemed irritated with every question and would not provide direct answers. I asked if they were a preferred provider for my insurance but I never got a straight answer. She was not really rude...but had me feeling as if my call was an intrusion to her day and that she was short on time. I ended the call without making an appointment due to her poor listening and customer service skills. Maybe she was not feeling well or was having a bad day but I am looking for a orthopedic with great skills, a good bedside manner and capable/pleasant staff. I know nothing about their doctors or their capability because she would not answer my questions about the doctors. I finally called back and I get the feeling that they could care less about customer service as when I told them what happened they said well you are free to go somewhere else lol. All I could say was Wow! I later spoke with the billing department and the good news was they were able to easily answer my billing questions and were extremely polite.

I drive about two hours to Desert Orthopedics, that is how good they are! I appreciate their kind, caring and professional services!

The staff are really nice and work with you! I am very pleased with the services they've provided me over the last 13 years.

What I like most about Desert Orthopedics is that the information is always clear and accurate. I would definitely recommend their services!
