        Overall
        For starters, they lost a piec...

        For starters, they lost a piece off of my windshield wiper that prevents the blade from slipping out. I have it duct taped until I can find a replacement piece because the guy I called at Break Away said they look for the piece that they lost, but I'm not hopeful.



        The metal strip at the top of the windshield is loose.



        I thought these guys were a professional company. Now I know this is not the case.
