- Bend Brewing Company, locally owned and operated, overlooks the Deschutes River at Mirror Pond in Bend, Ore. It offers a brewery, restaurant and patio dining facilities and was established in 1995. Its appetizer menu includes Bear Creek Brewery bread, jalapeno artichoke dip, Thai curry grilled crab cakes, chips and salsa, calamari, Buffalo wings and spicy bean dip. A variety of sandwiches are also offered at Bend Brewing, such as philly cheesesteak, tuna melt, California chicken on focaccia and barbecued turkey. The salads are served with a range of dressings, such as ranch, bleu cheese, thousand island, honey mustard, sesame-cilantro vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette and spicy Thai. Bend Brewing also offers T-shirts, hats, ceramic steins, pint glasses and gift certificates.

Provided by Citysearch -Great beer, especially for anyone who likes their hops (try the Hophead, it's awesome). Cheap prices and good service. If you're in Bend I highly recommend checking out this pub.

Provided by Citysearch -...and the beer was pretty good too! Nice atmosphere in the back room. Quick service. Unbelievable fish and chips. Tops. Lots of kids there too, so don't worry about it being a pub. Recommended!

Provided by Citysearch -The new brewmeister has taken a solid mix to excellence in just a few years. Although the Deschutes Brewery is more famous and has an incredible bottling line, the atmosphere here is much more airy and refreshing, and the beers can rival the best in the business.

Provided by Citysearch -BBC has some of the best calamari and Tuesday nights are cheap beer nights...yum. Better local atmosphere than Deschutes Brewery for sure.
