Excellent customer service. Honest and only place in town that offers 30 day warranty. Can't go wrong with these guys! Thanks for the great guns and awesome customer service. WE will be back and will refer you to our friends and family!
This shop has NOT closed...... We are on the corner of 27th and Butler Market Rd. Bend, OR541-526-0617
A1 service, information, and respect in central Oregon. I've even paid a bit extra just to deal with them rather than with some other gun dealer with an attitude problem.
Got great advice! The shop has a solid selection of guns on hand plus a good exchange and custom order policy.
Wow! What can I say? This is my favorite gunshop in Central Oregon. Quite the selection of firearms, and the owner Eric is a really nice guy who's exceptionally patient and works with you. We've bought several guns from him, even returned a few, and he always strides to find us a better gun. Most gun shop clerks come across as grumpy to me or condescending, even resentful when my wife and I ask a lot of questions. Eric and Co. at Trigger Happy are the complete opposite. They answer our questions and they never talk down to us. By far, their customer service is next to none!
This is a small gunshop that just doesn't have the selection to warrant your time, especially with handguns. He had maybe three semi-auto handguns, most of his selection were six-shooters. I took a look at a used ruger and he was way over-priced comparatively to a new one I found elsewhere. He has a lot of gun parts lying about, holsters, cleaning devices but not guns. I just wouldn't bother.
Poor service and limited skills. My wife and I called to have our Taurus worked on and was rudely interrupted amidst our question to be told "I don't work on Tauruses." He then hung up. He didn't recommend anyone, he didn't try to help at all. So we went to Centerfire and they took one hour fixing it. There are a lot of Taurus guns out there and he either can't fix them because his skills are limited or he just doesn't want to. Regardless, his customer service skills were outrageously horrible and his limitations on the kind of guns he'll work on is abysmal.
I recently had a Model 1897 Winchester 12 ga. shotgun in Randy's shop. He is an awesome 3rd generation gun smith. The shot gun was jamming up and prematurely dropping the hammer. After he got into it, he found that another, so called gunsmith had worked on it and totally messed things up such as not fitting the firing pin. Randy cleaned, repaired and tested it for a very reasonable cost. He has all the "tools of the trade" right there in his shop. I would not trust anyone else to work on my firearms. I suggest, you also don't waste your time and money on anyone else! Randy will get it done right!
I would give them negative stars if possible. Changed price after checkout.
