They are rude and smell I would not recommend them to anybody and they treat there coworkers very bad and they do not fix there vehicles when they need to one broke down on me and that's bad
Just so you know you can ask the dispatcher for a driver with a Square. The mobile payments network, Now as a cab driver who has been using the new payment method for 3 years now ..I love it and so do my customers and most of the Bend Cab drivers have one. It allows passengers to swipe their credit cards at the end of the ride, and on the way to the airport...even before the trip has ended.
Horrible experience. I was a loyal customer for 20 years. Until the cab driver who had worked there as long as I can remember decided to charge me for we're his lady fair paid for plus the distance I wanted to go. Then the fat dude left me in the snow at sub zero temps with a foot and a half of snow on ground telling me his meter would run backwards for what was just paid plus whatever distance from our original destination. I had to walk home from further then he picked me up after he made a fair in the snow as a woman at 3am. Don't call owl they will leave you stranded further then you came from wanting to over charge you wit a fat taxi driver who has scmutz on his shirt. Then when you call to complain the owners son will demean you and tell you how much he don't care by hanging up on you when you ask to talk to the owner because your stranded. I will never call owl again and I hope they go out of buisness!
LATE! We called for a cab to pick us up at 6pm for an important dinner. At 6:05, no cab. We called to make sure we were on the schedule, they said they would call the driver, and we were hung up on. We called back at 6:13, and were told the driver was 5 minutes out. The driver called around 6:20, and was still at the airport which is about 15 minutes from our house. We drove ourselves and yes, we were late! Very unprofessional and we would never recommend this company!

The ride was fun and knowledgeable, clean cab. I've noticed some bad reviews but I think they were written by other drivers from other cab companies to try and destroy their image.
So not non smoking, took 45 min when they said 15 to pick me up. Since this is not my first local cab ride, the ride I took to timbers cost 15 when the last cab I took charged me 8!
They have a new driver this week...his name is Dave he is friendly , funny & willing to help anyone who needs a ride. I would ask for him personally!!
