        Poor management Agency

        Management at this home health agency is very poor with many oversights and errors constantly being committed. New nurses coming in are dismissed in favor of the one's that are committing the mistakes. Therefore the system is never improved and as a result poor medical care of patients. I would not entrust this this facility with the care of my loved one's.

Many offices deal with personnel issues, but patient care is ALWAYS the number one priority! Employees come and go, but the quality of service our nurses provide is what makes us elite in our field. Please note that during the last State survey, our agency received zero difficiencies, which reflects the work ethic of our employees.
