I tried to shop local.,I really tried, but now I am left wondering why? Let's start with really nice people, but let's just say unorganized to the max. Put large down payment on the carpet and tile we bought, got two dates about 2 weeks out. THEY NEVER CALLED TO CONFIRM ANY DATE, they just showed up. I work so guess what I was not home.home. Rescuedualing was a disaster, they need to understand I am the customer , you do it when I say you do it. Made appointment and were 3 HOURS LATE, NO PHONE CALL. Had to come back to do tile made appointment, WERE LATE AGAIN. To finish tile they were late every-time they said the were coming with no phone call. Took 2-3 weeks to get shoe molding put on to finish job, at this point we are about a MONTH OUT FROM WHEN WE STARTED. Then proceeded to hound me about final payment, called 3 times in 24 hours.

Thank God, I am done with this questionable company........
