I do admit that they are one of the finest in business and that eventually justified my friend's recommendation. These movers deserve every bit of praise.
I moved 2 weeks ago to FL by Moving USA and I have to say that I was very happy with the service from A to Z. The sale rep " David White" have gave me all the information I needed for the move and helped me set the move. The movers crew were very professional and worked very fast. The delivery took exactly 7 days to arrive and I will sure use them again for any moving needs. The total estimate was $1700 but the price went high on my move date because I had some more items that were not included in the estimate and I had also some packing needs so I totally understand the $400 extra that they were charging me The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is only for I was trying to contact the main office during weekend and was not able so when I emailed David White, He immediately respond and reply to my emails Very good company Worth the money I spent for the move
I understand that most people set their moving dates according to their needs. But most moving companies that are amazing are booked way in advance. I knew about suburban relocation systems and how good they are. So I called them before setting a moving date. They found me the best slot that suited us both. They sent over a crew on time on the moving day. I was worried if the crew was going to be too tired after working all day. But they were very charged and efficient. They didn’t sit around at all. They were done packing my 3-bedroom apartment in just under 3 hours. I had to pay them the 2-hours-minimum plus tips. But the money wasn’t the issue at all simply because of how efficiently these movers worked. Take my advice and discuss with your moving company before setting a date if it’s possible at all.

When I first called them, I felt very much at ease given how friendly their customer care was. Their quote seemed more than fair and I booked them immediately. 3 movers showed up right on time. This move of mine was a little different as it had a very special clause. You see, when I decided to move I had already sold my house back home and hadn't really fixed a place to stay. So I hired Suburban relocation systems to do a two-part-moving where at first they take all my stuffs and store them in a hired storage vault. In part two, once I had fixed a place to stay, they bring my stuffs from the vault to my new house. This is not your everyday moving request but they were very flexible and happy to help in any way they can. They even suggested me where to hire the storage vault. All my belongings arrived safely at my given time after I had rented this house I'm living in now. The sun is definitely shining today!
I am a fussy person. I required Suburban relocation systems to perform a perfect move for me. All the movers arrived right on time to my house. The clock didn’t start till they started working. I thought they packed everything pretty quickly. I was very impressed with the skills and efficiency displayed by these guys. Their time management skills definitely saved me some money. The delivery was made on the exact date and I was relieved to have found all my belongings in fantastic condition. I just couldn’t believe how these guys managed to transport all my things such a long way without a single scratch on them. But I am glad that they did because the alternative would have resulted into a massive drama.
I knew moving was going to be difficult given the amount of stuffs we had. Some of our furniture was old and very heavy. But my wife wouldn’t part with them so we had to take them with us. There are companies with more clients and flashier commercials than Suburban relocation systems. In fact, a lot of people can’t even imagine a mid-range company being so efficient. But that is exactly what these guys do. They surprise you with their services. I hired them to move my stuffs in the beginning of this month. I wasn’t really expecting much because they quoted low. But the movers arrived on time, were very efficient at packing and strongly carried everything out of my house. There was no shiny uniform or excessive use of packing materials but these guys knew what they were doing. By no means are they the number one moving company. But that’s the reason why they try harder.
I cannot say enough good things. Moving USA was referred to me by my sister and they more than lived up to the high praises my sister gave them. I used them for an interstate move from MD to NH and truly, cannot explain how professional, fast, careful, punctual and nice these guys were. They handled a very tough wrapping or moving with lots of patience and a long drive with ease and I didn't have to move a finger. Their sales guy always answered the phones leading up to the move was helpful and responsive, and just got it done! None of my very valuable items were damaged or marked or even the slightest ding. For both local and long-distance moving companies, AMSA is another good place to check out a company's legitimacy. Moving companies aren't required to be an AMSA member, but the ones that are have committed to the association's rules and regulations, which protect both the companies and the consumers hiring them. If a company isn't an AMSA member, that doesn't mean it isn't reputable, but an AMSA membership is a clear indication of legitimacy.
