David Finan came out on a Saturday as an apology for having his staff not contact us for 2 days. He took measurements for basement work and took a tile sample for asbestos testing. 4 days later got a quote. E-mailed and called with questions about the scope of work and crickets. Just under 2 weeks later and 15 phone calls and 5 more e-mails no response at all. Finally he e-mailed after filing a complaint with better business bureau. His answer was he couldn't reach our adjuster, which is garbage since others could and in no way would that stop him from explaining his quote to us. Ended up not getting any services from him, because he could not be bothered to explain his quote or set up a time to sign paperwork. I would strongly recommend doing your business elsewhere.

Wheaton Door And Window Company does excellent work. I had an Entry Door installed and it fits perfectly. I love the attention to detail they showed during the installation. Excellent crew of installers who cleaned as they worked. I highly recommend them for your next home improvement.

Floyd, the installer, was very helpful & explained everything to us. He was patient and meticulous about doing a great job. I loved that he took pride in his work and answered all my questions. I will use Wheaton in the future. They worked with my budget and helped me to find what looked best in my home.
