DON'T BUY ELECTRICAL PARTS!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a control panel for an electric stove that fixed one issue but created others. I assumed the part might be bad, but when I went to return or exchange the part I was told flat out "no,they can't do that with electrical parts." So I had to eat the cost of what might be a bad part. If the part cost more I would sue them! If you are looking for an electrical part or good customer service, stay away since they assume absolutely no responsibility for the quality of their parts.

I HAVE GONE TO EACH OF THEIR STORES AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE AT ALL THE BRANCHES OF TRIBLES. THEY HAVE AN ENORMOUS INVENTORY AND IF THE PART NEEDS TO BE ORDERED IT COMES IN ON TIME.
