Beware the women manager is very rude the inside is very dirty the food is cold and burned.Do not go there you will regret it I would give it 0 stars if I could
I bought lotto ticket from there i scanned it & it said I win a free ticket & 10.00 I was surprised to see this is so I scanned it again arty said I only win a free ticket I truly believe I was scammed
I went to this sonic last night around 8 pm. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger. I got back to work and when I opened my sandwich there was a squooshed dead fly uner my sandwich. It was disgusting! I didnt have time to come back and complain. I will never eat at that place again!
The lady that works the drive thru in the morning (1-18-2017) is an absolute angel. I was having a rough morning and her sweet spirit changed it all around. Thank you!
We stopped at the Belton Shell on our way back to Iowa from Arkansas. The man working around 1:20 on May 22 was extremely rude to the point of growling and rolling his eyes at us when he gave us our change. Not to mention we couldn't get the gas pump to work. We mentioned it to him and he did nothing so we ended up only getting only $15. He didn't offer to correct the issue or even acknowledge it when mentioned to him that the pump wasn't working. Just looked up at the ceiling like we were annoying him. We ended up going somewhere else to continue filling he tank. He was preoccupied with a couple girls talking on the phone. Wish there was a negative spot for service.
Waited 5 minutes to be seated, but was ignored by the greeter. I guess single diners aren't welcome here.
Horrible. It took 27 minutes from the time I pulled up 3rd in line to the menu until I got my food. It was after 8pm on a Thursday. It is just as bad as the store in Lee's Summit on 291. There is no reason to be this slow.
Ordered a cheese burger plain, as my child has a tomato allergy get the burger has everything on it, drive back up there have it exchanged wife gets home and burger is cold can see where they just scraped off everything and mashed it back together, thank goodness i saw it and saved a trip to the ER with my child, called back up there and ask if they have a new cook as we've been going there for years, was told no and explained what happened and get put on hold to talk to the cook, then after a few minutes of being on hold and them seeing i did not hang up they hung up on me, my thoughts if you don't respect your customers enough to get there order right and when you get it wrong fix it properly then you don't deserve customerswe will NOT be eating there again as there care for customers is sub-par at best
They aren't correct... its Sunday and it states on yp.com that they are open til 11 pm... they are closed and it isn't even 10 yet.
