Great selection of food great service&great price quite&relaxing family restaurant for the whole family!!!;)
EXCELLENT! Sure, there's not a big selection. Sure, the freshest food is at prime time lunch and dinner. Sure, sometimes you get some dry food. But, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly! They are a family run restaurant with affordable prices. They get busy and try their best, and I support them with pride! They are well worth any inconvenience!
The food was good, plenty of food, great selection, under good management, great service. My wife and Mother-in-Law eat there all the time. No complaints.
My family outing to the buffet took a NASTY turn! AND IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD!Initially the experience was good, the food tasted great, service was okay, quiet atmosphere. But then my husband bit into a piece of UNDER COOKED chicken, pink on the inside and blood to the bone. At the sight of this my husband called a waitress to the table, it was apparent she knew very little English and did not understand what was being said – she actually walked away mid conversation. Then my husband went to the counter to speak to another person. She came to the table saw the chicken, went to get another piece of chicken and proceeded to tell us how bigger pieces needed more time to cook and said here eat this small one it will be better. My husband (as he has worked in food service for many years and currently works at a Japanese restaurant) proceeded to explain the effects of salmonella poisoning and how raw chicken, if not cooked to a certain temperature could still carry this and a number of other bacteria. She started waving him off with an attitude saying “no no no no sick no sick you will not get sick eat that other one”. It was at this point I became worried and very perturbed by the actions of the restaurant. She repeatedly waved her hand in my husband’s face, voice escalating louder and louder, talking over him, and then another member of the establishment came over to the table to see the chicken. He started to talk and then she forcefully pulled him away – turned her back walking away muttering some inaudible things under her breath in another language. She came back after talking to the others, again waving her hand talking loudly and saying “okay okay you free you free” (pointing at and talking to my husband). My husband however was genuinely concerned asking what you are going to do about the other chicken that is still there. She went off waving her hands again and yelling. When she went away I was talking to my children and husband making sure he knew how displeased with her treatment of him I was. I suppose she over-heard me. She came back as we were gathering up to leave and pay the rest of the receipt. She took the ticket, said that it was free for everyone and told us never to come back. THAT’S SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! You serve RAW chicken, get angry because the customer expects something to be done about it, cuss in a foreign tongue, wave your finger and hand in the customer’s face, yell at them, then say here “we give you free” never come back! I don’t think we will, I would STRONGLY advise against anyone EVER going there. As I said before, everything was fine in the beginning, but if there is an issue THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT! It took us 3 times before we got a person to come to the table and pay attention and still those times they turned their backs and walked away. VERY DISRESPECTFUL! HORRIBLE SERVICE! RAW CHICKEN! If we had been treated with respect we would have come back again and again – we understand mistakes, but DISRESPECTFUL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is something that is INEXCUSABLE!
Tried to call in a delivery order. Took about 8 minutes for us to finally communicate a correct order then the total price she told me about $10 more than the listed menu prices on YP. I asked her why and she asked if she could call me right back.... Basically hanging up on me.
