I bought a car less than a month ago. Within a few days there was a major vibration. I assumed the tires needed balanced. When I took it to the shop, the driveshaft needs replaced. When I bought the car, the owner was aware that I'm a single mom needing safe transportation for my daughter and I. The owner was rude and told me there wss a three day warranty and he would do nothing to help.
Allman's sold us a 06 jeep that was a lemon and would not make it right with my Wife and I. I had to file charges with the Ohio Attorney General. Hoping to get them to refund 1/2 of the repair bill.
This place is amazing. The service was great and they gave me free chocolate. The cars were very high quality. It gave me a great car. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car.
Got royally ripped off. Car is always having issues and is currently down. The lot is now closed and, we're stuck with a piece of junk and still owe over 3, 000 on it through credit acceptance. What do we do?
this is the worst place ever. don't buy a car there unless you want to be stuck with one that has a problem the minute you drive it off the lot. also, you will be lucky if you ever get a title to it. I have had to purchase extended temporary tags at my own expense due to no title after almost 2 months. also, be prepared to be told they do not have time to talk to you because they are "busy". I have had to contact the attorney general to hopefully get some resolution to my problems. note I said "problems, not problem" Go elsewhere!!!!!! can you give less than one star because that is what I would give it.
