Good food cooked fresh. Great delivery service.

I order food from here all the time and i love the food but the service is not as good... Twice they did not deliver utensils, when I called to get utensils because i order from work they tell me i should have asked to make sure they bring me utensils!!! who does that?

I love this place! Best Chinese food in the state line area in my opinion! Their fried rice is my favorite.

Sorry excuse for Chinese food. Flavor is awful. go to rockford.they must not have a asian cook and their food taste worse than canned food.

Terrible food, service, price, the bar is dirty and old and smelly and the owner is rude and talks about the patrons.

I ordered from Ming's for the first time Saturday September 13th, I ordered fried rice and phoenix and dragon.the fried Rice was the best I've had in Beloit but the phoenix and dragon had a tan rubber band in it, of course I tossed it, thinking maybe it came off of the packaging. Craving Chinese food another Saturday I decided just fried rice, thinking they can't screw that up,only to find a piece of plastic inside.when I called they offered food credit, I'm sure I will give you a third chance, I asked for credit to my card , they asked for my number, someone just called me from the "restaurant"lol and hung up after I said hello a few times, what a joke

We go here quite frequently & have never had an issue- We order a ton of sushi, the quality is close to JMK & Shogun, for a far better price!

Ordered Food and drinks, only delivered the food, so we called and had them send over the drinks we paid for, and they wanted to charge us again and a second delivery charge. Don't order here. Try happy wok.

Wow, talk about HORRIFIC service!!! Will NEVER go back their again!!

I will start by saying I was excited for a new Chinese restaurant in Beloit. I ordered two dinners for pickup. When I showed up you could tell the staff had no idea what they were doing business wise (no one said hi, the girl took my credit card then started talking to her co-worker in Chinese for about 2 minutes while I was just standing in front of her waiting for my food that was sitting on the counter, no one said thank you, etc...). The guy in front of me said to them "but 10 minutes ago, you said it would be 10 minutes, now your saying it will be another 10 minutes?" Got the food home, opened it up, and only 1 dinner is in there. I called and they said "oh yes we did forget to put it in the bag, you come back in." I said no just go ahead and refund my card for the dinner I did not get since I don't want to drive across town again. He said "yes you come in then?" This went back and forth about 5 times before I hung up on him. I can't say anything about the food, but the service was HORRIBLE and that is putting it nicely!
