Dealing with Brian in sales was the worst mistake! He absolutely refused to give me a figure for my trade or vehicle I bought until I told him to give my keys back. Finally the sales manager became involved and it went much better. Then the matter of getting some follow up service work done turn into a fiasco as Brian made up one story after another until it finally took 2 weeks to get in shop. A truck wash that was promised never materialized. He is a very unorganized and forgetful person to be doing sales. You know the old adage " To be a good liar you have to have a good memory"! Dealing with everyone else was OK but Brian knocked 2 stars off the rating.

Wrote a check for $12,000 for a car on May 9th. Still to this day do not have it. There 72 hour return is a joke. We returned it the next day after we bought it. They had covered the smoke up inside. It STUNK. Told them we were not happy at all. Said they would fix it along with the paint that was chipped. Went back to get it still not fixed. Said it would be fixed this past Thursday. Went today the 23rd still not fixed. They still have my car I traded as well as the one I paid for. Told me to get a lawyer. The Keith Hawthorn way I guess. I will get one.

I stopped by Keith Hawthorne Ford after visiting 3 other dealerships. I was greeted by Miguel who was very patient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the right truck. I was looking for an older truck but ended up getting a great deal on a 2014 Chevy Silverado with 21k miles. The rest of the staff and even the GM was also friendly and took time to talk with us. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks Miguel!

Checking out a transmission leak took longer than I anticipated. However, the service manager called and explained the reason for the delay. He also allowed me to come pick up my car so I could use it while the parts were being ordered.

I am a young car buyer after they took advantage of me they screwed me. This is the second chance I have given them and both times were horrible. This time far worst than the first. After being told my car came with Sirius radio and showed on the test drive that it had Sirius and only 7 miles on the car. When I pulled off the lot my car had 85 miles on it and no Sirius. So as if swapping cars was not bad enough when I drove straight back to the dealer I was told that it would be made right. Like you can make switching cars right. It has been four months and finally someone there gave up and told me so sorry for my bad luck and to get lost. I have be n yelled at avoided, hung up the on and called a liar. Go any where else but here trust me save yourself so trouble.

I have to agree. We bought a new vehicle from them and the promised in three months they would refinance at a much lower interest rate, which we got in writing. When the time came to refinance, they gave us the run around for a week and then when they finally did the refi, they did not pay off our current vehicle loan, while they sat on the money from the new financial institution for weeks, making us late on our payments, paying interest on two vehicles and they also added in almost $700 in bogus charges to do a refinance. Very bad company!! Do not trust.

Do not buy from this dealership!! Especially a used car! They are rude and don't keep their promises. They use cheesy sales tactics like "let me talk to the mangaer" while they leave you waiting. And there is no satisfation guarantee!



We bought a used car with an agreement they would make a few change to the car. They said they would have it for us in a week. 2 weeks later when it was finally ready we go to pick it up and changes were not made. They blamed their paint subcontractor and said they couldn't fix it now, and that we didn't have to take the car as pressure to accept it "as is". But when we said fine, they refused to let us out of the contract.



DO NOT buy a car believing they will make any changes and you can pick it up at a later date. Once you sign a contract or pay money apparently they don't have to keep their promises!

Embarrassed for these folks. Agreed to a deal (signed paper by general manager) on a used car but they sold it out from under us because they got a few more dollars. Shameful to go back on your word like that especially after going on about their honest, family dealership. My advice, don't buy into their folksy, friendly routine. Unfortunately regardless of what they say, it is still only about the money for them.

DO NOT GO TO THESE CROOKS!! They are liars, rude and takes advantage of people that don't know better. I have two family members that have been ripped off and I am hoping to save anyone else from going through the same thing. They will sign a contract with you and then call you a week later claiming there was an issue and you owe more money....dont fall for it!!!

The Owner of this dealership h...

The Owner of this dealership has people in his employ that screw up everything they touch and when they are called down on the problem they caused, they will not take responsibility for the situation. When you talk to them about it you are talked to like you are dirt under their feet. This is not the way you treat your customers. I have had conversations with Keith Hawthorne himself and the take I have on it, is that he has so much money now that he dos not care if he looses a few customers in the process. I have been talked to this way by him and Tom Rivers and Scott Baucum. These people should not have contact with the public because they DO NOT know how to speak with the general public. I would not recommend any Keith Hawthorne dealership to anyone, ever!!!! I was also told by all three of them to take my business somewhere else..........and I already have!!!!!!

DON'T BUY FROM HERE. It took this company approx 1 month to pay off my vehicle that was approved, and they had all the information. Everytime I called I got the run around, if I could rate no stars I would. It was an awful experience.
