I stopped in yesterday with a group of co-workers on our lunch hour and it was all of ours first time their. The restaurant theme is cute, music selection is horrible. I would prefer light rock or top 40 not infused with dance club music. The music was a little off putting. The young lady that waited on us was very polite and friendly. She was very helpful. The young man that also helped us was also polite and nice but didn't seem too interested in being at work. The food was good. I had a pizza and the sauce was decent but could use some more flavor. It's a little blander than I prefer and I tried the spicy marinara my friend had gotten a sample of and it wasn't anything to write home about either. They should call it mild rustic instead of spicy rustic. The name is misleading also. I was hoping for some pasta since it is called Italian Kitchen but they only had pizza, calzone or salad to choose from. The dough was also bland and too thin. They only offer thin crust and I like something a little thicker. I gave 5 star because the customer service was exceptional comparibly with most other quick service places. Based completely on the food I would give that 3 stars. It needs some work. A more flavorful sauce would help things a lot but for 7 bucks you get what you pay for.
This is the best Italian food in all of dallas. The chicken entrees are so delicious and nothing can beat there casseroles. Their homemade house dressing and dinner rolls are fantastic. The service and atmosphere are welcoming. I have never or willl never find a better place to eat
123. Italian Villa
Italian Villa has a warm atmosphere with friendly faces and especially...GREAT tasting food! I tried the restaurant since last April and have been a dedicated customer since! Every meal is delicious with large portions and great prices. Their pizzas are amazing as well! Enjoy!
I placed a to-go order today for my co-worker and I and it didn't go through their system. So, when I got there, my order was nowhere to be seen. The manager came over and asked what I had ordered. I told him my order and he immediately took it over to get it started. Within minutes, my order wa…

Each time that I, or my wife and I, have gone to this restaurant over the past two years, the service has always been outstanding! Even at peak times, we've never had to wait for a table more than about five or six mintues. "Albert", who is no longer there, was great and today's experience (10…
I love Italian food!! Everytime when our parents come in town, we go Olive Garden for gathering. We love not only the food, but the enviornment. The price is very reasonable, too.
Even though OG has Gluten Free menu items, and we ordered one, the waiter brought a salad with croutons and bread sticks to the table. Need to establish some GF etiquette and training for the wait staff. Normal OG portions are huge. Not this one. My husband and I have shared the Tour of Italy …

Enjoyable experience. Nice atmosphere, very tentative staff, good food too! They didn't make us feel rushed, which is a huge plus for me. Relaxing, which is what it should be!!!
Valentino's This is our FAVORITE Italian restaurant in all of Dallas. I am from NYC and this might be my favorite place in all of NY as well! The staff is the best. It is family owned, ran, and managed. The food cannot be beat. Truly authentic Italian fare and the garlic bread....oh sweet J…
We have been here several times and have never been dissapointed. The food, service and ambiance are superb. We rarely order off the menu, they have so many unique specials every day. Great choice for a romantic dinner for two. Don't forget to make reservations and bring your favorite wine!

People say its the best ""cheap"" asian food. I just think it's great asian food! My friend turned me onto the Kao Soi (sp). Its a yellow curry soup that is incredible. Huge portion, no question. We eat there at least once per week, and I almost always have that soup. My wife, kids a…

This was our first time to dine here. has easy parking access, I had house special (cajan spicy special) very good. Wife had a shrimp pasta dish that she raved about. Staff very efficient and friendly.
Good experience. Slow, yes. Family friendly? Yes. Business friendly? Would not come here for business. People should realize that italianesque restaurants do not normally equate to fast casual. (Though they are now attempting to.). Parkside service is the real evil here. They will shirk you on p…
I've been there twice, Margaritas are excellent, food is fantastic! Who cares if walls are stark white. The service is good they're very attentive, you really need to go & try it yourself.
I love Patrizio for a patio dinner on a summer evening. The patio is tree shaded and romantically lit, and doesn't feel like it's in the middle of a parking lot. Their bellinis are great, and I've never had anything bad off of the menu. The desserts are huge, so be sure to share :)
This place is simply the best. I found Tatianos to be just a wonderful place to eat and enjoy. \r \r My family and I order the crabclaws! They are the best I have ever eaten and you can never go wrong with ordering the Oleary Pizza. Oh MY it has so many topping !! Our waiter told us ab…

It is awesome. I know that word isn't used anymore, but it is just that, AWESOME! The portions you get for the money you pay is great. The prices are reasonable and the quality of food is great. Never had a problem when ordering over the phone for delivery. I always get what I ask for and NEVER …

Party of 10. Served only me wrong dish, politely sent it back, waitress blamed cook. Pretty sure cook/owner tampered with sauce. Eaten on empty stomach, only I got sick. Three hours later I threw up and it ripped thru me in the bathroom until 4am. If you eat here "Do Not" send food back or you …
We were in the Dallas area to celebrate our son's arrival home from university and our nephew's graduation from SMU. My husband and I have dined at Maggianos in Las Vegas many times with each time being better than the last. Maggianos at North Park offered exactly the right balance of a special celebratory dinner with a relaxing, "dress casual" experience we had in mind. The restaurant decor is comfortable, the host welcoming, and our waiter made us feel we were the only diners in the restaurant. Portions are generous! The boys ordered Eggplant Parmesan(outstanding), my husband ordered his favorite appetizer, Onion Strings(fabulous)and I ordered the Beef Medallions with Balsamic Cream Sauce(excellent). The restaurant location is easy to find, the parking is ample, and the noise level in the dining room is no distraction. A chain restaurant with a notable, enjoyable and affordable experience each time is the take away.
I heard of this new place opening up that offered pizza and calzones but not your typical pizza place. I went for lunch and was so glad I did! I had a calozone which was made right in front of me with all the fresh ingredients I chose. The dough was AMAZING, it was flavorful, crispy and light. I had it with the homemade marinara sauce and fell in love with the whole meal! I immediately started to think of all the different combinations i could have every time i eat here. The dining room was great, loved the decor and had cool music playing that was upbeat and fun! The staff was very friendly and helpful since i was new to the concept of the restaurant. I highly recommend this place for any food lover. I plan on next time bringing a couple friends with me and our own bottle of wine and making a night out of it! This area needed a place like this!!
I think "critic lady" must be a disgruntled ex-employee or something because she is completely off base. I've been there a couple of times and the food is excellent and the service was great. I'm Italian and I grew up in an Italian restaurant family in southern California so I think I can speak on the subject. The pastas I've had were fresh, tender, and homemade. I've had a few of their sauces (mine and tasted others at the table) and they were excellent. My wife has had the veal, our friends had the fish specials...everything has been impeccable every time we've been there. I found this review forum because I looked them up on the interent to get their phone number so we could call for a reservation...I'm glad I did, they deserve a better review than the only other one on here so far (and mine is more accurate:)).
I placed a to-go order today for my co-worker and I and it didn't go through their system. So, when I got there, my order was nowhere to be seen. The manager came over and asked what I had ordered. I told him my order and he immediately took it over to get it started. Within minutes, my order was ready! In the meantime, while I was waiting my order confirmation had finally come through their system. Their apologies were endless and they even added two complimentary mini chocolate cakes for dessert bc of the confusion! Very professional, very good food, and top of the line customer service!! A++
I have been to Bene Bene twice during October and November 2009. I had great food and great service both times. The first was on a Saturday when the restaurant was reserved for a private party and it was delightful, friendly, delicious! The second was a return visit for a business lunch with a friend. The setting was perfect, the food delicious and interesting, the service first rate. For lunch, I wish the prices could be a bit more moderate. They are a bit too high to become a regular, but it's a wonderful spot for an important meeting or a celebration.
entre of dover sole was delicious, but the tiramisu was absolutely horrible. My guest could not eat it either because it was so awful. When I called it to the attention of the waiter, he just blew us off and said it was fresh and should be fine...did not even offer to replace with some other desert. I am a desert freak...seldom am served desert so awful I won't even eat it! This is a first. A poor desert would not keep me from returning from a restaurant, but the poor attitude of the waiter certainly does! This one takes the cake. LIterallly!
Love, love love Battuto Italian Kitchen! Awesome atmosphere, great waiters/waitresses, incredible food. You can tell everything is handmade because it just tastes superior. The calamari was perfectly crisp with a great aioli for dipping. I dream about the chicken pasta with mushrooms and olives. And don't get me started on the desserts. My favorite thing to do is order the biscotti cookie plate and dip in vin santo for dessert. Just like in Italy! I can understand why this restaurant keeps winning all those awards.
After multiple experiences eating at Bugatti's I feel more qualified to tell you this establishment is excellent!!!! The owner, Zee, always greets us by name and are genuinely thankful for our return every time! You cannot order anything on the menu that will dissappoint you, this I promise! Bugatti's is white table clothed, rooted with history and has many grateful customers. It has a special ambiance when you enter. Always a family favorite!!!
Another Italian place turned us out on Valentines's Day. Not to worry, it was a stroke of luck because that's when we found Bellini's on Congress. We had a wonderful evening and have been back several times. Everything we have ordered has been wonderful. Love that oil dip! Service is excellent and the staff is friendly. Great place for any occasion.
