This place is terrible. Our or...

This place is terrible. Our order arrived before he left we noticed we were missing one item. After giving him a nice tip he said he would go and get it and be right back, well never to see him again. I sat on hold for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone came to the phone. When they came to the phone we got the BIG ADITUDE

why so RUDE?

this is a SAD story. When recently trying to adopt a puppy from the SVHS, we were rejected because we had no fenced yard and our address marked us as high traffic. I was understanding of that and asked what type of fencing would be best. to make a long story short, no fence is suitable .i must sell my house and move or my son cannot know the feeling of adopting a homeless pet. I recently and reluctanly went back to the SVHS with a friend as she was interested in volunteering. In this visit i witnessed an employee demanding to be handed over 7 stray puppies in the parking lot. 1 lady grabbed a puppy and took off. "good for her" i thought. about a week later i saw the lady in the grocery store and gave her congrats on her puppy saving efforts. she told me that the SVHS called her 3 times in the hour after she left and left threatening msgs saying she did something illegal. NO SVHS, harrassment is illegal!!! I now have a perfectly fenced yard and am waiting for the right puppy to come along. In the mean time, the puppy we picked out is still at the pound...2 months later. i encourage management to review policy and train employees in basic customer service skills. NO yelling, and NO harrassment. And maybe stealing the phone#'s off adoption forms to call and yell at people is probablly a bad idea too!! you are in the business of giving homless pets home. All i see is a firm effort to keep them locked up in your facility....and drag in more.
