I have been taken my Shih Tzu for regular standard grooming in Seattle for over 5 years. My 21 years old son took the dog to college with him for the past 6 months.

I had the dog back a week ago. A picture (the Blk&whi Shih Tzu with red bandana) was taken a week after he had a grooming at City Dogs Grooming at Bellingham ~ Hairs on face was left way too long. They did not do ear cleaning and plucking (extra$?). Did not cut his nails (extra$?) . Both of those items would included in a basic standard grooming here in Seattle! His nails were so long and bend side way when he stand up. So I had to do all that myself asap because I couldn't stand it.

My son was very busy with school & work. He didn't have time to ask them for a fix of the grooming. I found it very hard to believe any biz will take advantage of a poor college student and given a worse grooming (5 mins trim on body + 5 mins wet&dry?) I have ever seen.
