Absolutely horrible service! Staff was not knowledgeable and did not offer any help at all. Not only was staff not knowledgeable, they are down right rude. We bought four bridesmaids dresses, and were all sized for them by the staff. The staff told us what size we were and what size to buy, so we bought the size they told us to. Not ONE of the dresses fit. Every single one was too tight to wear. We complained and asked them to alter the dress of the bridesmaid that lived in town. They refused until two weeks away from the wedding when finally they offered to fix the ONE dress. The alterations were not done correctly by this shop. They made the bust bigger and left the waist the same when we clearly asked for the waist to be bigger and the rest left alone. They told me to not worry about the alterations and everything would be fine for the wedding, however that I couldn't have the dress until two days before the wedding. When I got the dress back it was still about 3 inches from being able to zip it up. We called and complained to the store again because this dress was not wearable. They did not answer our calls and did not call us back even though multiple attempts were made by multiple people.
We went into the store to just get our money back because we couldn't wear the dress. The owner laughed in our faces, called us a liar, and tried to shame us. She blamed everything on us, said we gained weight (can't gain weight in your ribs and we didn't gain weight), we ordered the wrong sizes (they ordered our sizes and told us what size to order), and said we should have retried the dress on sooner (they wouldn't let us have until 2 days before the wedding, which was the night before we traveled to the wedding).
Bottom line, DO NOT go to this store! They ruined the wedding, caused so much unnecessary stress, and now we are out our money and with a dress two sizes too small.

I was not impressed with Belle Bridal. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was rushed through the entire experience. I was reminded of her next appointment on more than one occasion which was scheduled an hour after my start time. I was able to try on several dresses, but felt as if I couldn’t actually spend any time in the dress walking or just moving to see how comfortable a fit it was. If it wasn’t for my maid of honor I would left half way through the appointment based off of the unwelcoming feeling that was received by the attendant. Not only that, I was not blown away by the selection. The prices were very reasonable and that is the one thing I can say was positive about this shop. I would not recommend this bridal shop to anyone and will make it a point to tell people not to visit it.

Incredibly rude and snooty attendant - a highly prejudiced against larger women who made derogatory comments about the bride's weight and constantly pushed more expensive and unattractive dresses.
Did not buy anything. Will not buy anything. Will not recommend to anyone.

This shop is honestly the best place to go for prom dresses wedding dresses and any other kind.
My family does not have a lot of money, but my dad wanted me to have my dream dress for prom.
The ladies there actually cared about me. When my dad went up to pay the lady that does all the alterations gave me free extras like a sash and a broach. They tied the whole dress together. I would go there for any other dresses I'll need.

My wife went in with her mother, who is in a wheel chair, looking for a dress. The lady working there asked her mother to get in their office chair with wheels because they didnt want to get their carpets dirty. My wife was pretty shocked as was I and have decided to stay far away from Belle Bridal.
