Stonehaven in Bellingham is dishonest and unethical and will steal your money. They get away with it because most of their tenants are seniors. They extort fees from tenants and rob them of their security deposits. They also threaten and bully their tenants. They violate every code of ethics in real estate and property management. Avoid them or you will regret it.
Having dealt with Stonehaven has proven itself to be a business that severely lacks business integrity and character by withholding my parents security deposit with absolutely no basis. They did their final walk through with the Stonehaven representative who signed off on the rental house, that it was clean and the same as when they moved in. However, 3 weeks later they received a letter stating Stonehaven was keeping $300 of their deposit stating bogus cleaning fees. We have tried to work with them and yet they still will not return the $300 with no explanation other than "these are the fee's we are charging". Do not do business with Stonehaven, they sadly lack business ethics.
This place lied on numorous occasions were told we had a place and were set,to make all the arrangments in the morning only to find out they had went back on there word and had, taken a deposit over the internet during the night . I would NOT recommend MMRA reality to anyone for anything
Half of their machines are broken at any given time. I lost $5 there months ago, have been promised a refund numerous times but still haven't received it. They don't give a **** about their customers, go elsewhere.
Rick Moore and Mark Yonkovich at Remax found us our first house! It didn't take long because they quickly informed us of new market listings, and showed us houses that had many of the qualities we were looking for. They were there for us every step of the way until they handed us the keys to our new home. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
