omega burgers better then home

i have been going to omega burgers for 8 years. it is like my second home. i love the employees the atmosphere and the food. if i could i would go every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. their is so many good options of food to choose from. you have classic american, and mexican food

Terrible Customer Service

Omega Burgers in Bellflower wins hands down for OWNER and EMPLOYEE in the POOR, make that TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE dept!!! My family and I went to Omega Burgers @ 16310 Bellflower Blvd. last Tuesday night after my Nephew graduated from High School. My parents came all the way from Las Vegas for this special event. We had a big group of people, Sisters, Grandparents, Niece’s, Cousins, and a couple of friends. I own a restaurant that seats 180 people, I would welcome a group like that. We we’re eating our dinner when one of the employee’s came over and asked if we wanted a to-go box. We were still eating, why would we need a to go box at that point? They close at 10:00, and at 10.00 on the dot, they turned the lights off on us. Then all three employees’ we’re standing close to our table with a rag in their hand to clean the table when we left. All three of those employee’s beat us out of the parking lot. We didn’t say anything at the time, BUT we said we would call and let the owner know how his employee’s were treating his customers. I as a business owner would have appreciated a phone call, if my employees were being rude to a customer. Then I would apologize for my rude employee, and assured the customer that kind of customer service is unacceptable!!!! My Sister, Daughter and I called and tried to talk to the owner several times, and when I did get him on the phone, he wanted to know if I was the lady that kept calling and brothering his employees? I couldn’t believe he talk to me that way…ME, a paying customer!! They took my hard earned money for all the food we ordered, BUT they wouldn’t give us time to eat it. I think they need to tell people, “We close at 10:00 SHARP, if you are still here at 10:00 the lights will be turned off, and you will have to go!!!” At least we would have had a choice to spend our money there, and be treated rudely, or taking our business elsewhere. At my restaurant we value our customers, and when we stop and think how many competitors we have, that makes each one of our customers that much more special. Most companies strive to provide the best customer service possible, but the employee’s and Owners of Omega’s couldn’t care less about their customers. How sad is that? Someone should tell them, WE (The customers) are the one’s that keep them in business!!! FYI: Just incase some of you were wondering why we didn’t go back to my restaurant with the great customer service after the graduation. I have a Pizza and Pasta restaurant, my 80-year-old Dad wanted a good hamburger that night, and he didn’t even get that.
