I took my Canon laser printer for a repair to Er & S Computer Solutions on December 17th 2014. It has been 5 months since they started working on it. During this time, I was being told that they attempted to replace a broken part and it led to a different class of problems. Then, they tried to replace other parts that might have been responsible for the new issues. During the repair process, some other components were broken/damaged by their "specialist", which resulted in a continuous delay while they were waiting for the new part to be shipped from Canon. There was a total lack of communication from the company. I had to follow up uncountable number of times just to hear that they have broken something else and are currently waiting for Canon to provide a replacement. It has been a demoralizing experience dealing with Er & S Computer Solutions. I wish I never had to deal with this unprofessional, disorganized and flaw-filled company.
