I am very happy with my experience moving from a Leaf 2011 to a Leaf 2013 through Eastside Nissan, both in prep and execution. While in for a s/w upgrade on the 2011, I had spoken with Jimmy Kalie about the possibility of moving up to a 2013. I liked the overview he gave me, and our discussion of the Leaf world/experience, and that he said to just give him a call when/if I was ready to look more deeply into the possibility. About 3 weeks later, I did call; Jimmy and I set up an appointment, and my wife and I came in yesterday to talk. Jimmy and Jose described all the differences between the two models, the changes from 2011, and we discussed what would work best for me now. Then we went for a good test drive, both of us taking time at the wheel. Once back at the dealership, Jimmy was very good at (and patient when) describing and working the numbers. We were both happy with the deal that was offered and decided to take it. Because I wanted a red Leaf, and no other color, Jimmy had to call around; he found one, and determined that we could have it the next day. Hurrah! We went through Finance -- everything worked well there -- and made it back home in time for our late afternoon appointment. Today, Jose called us with a heads-up that the car was in and being prepped, and that he'd be over in the afternoon. He just left, after showing me all the differences between the '11 and the '13 Leaf, setting up my Bluetooth for me, removing my personal license frame from the '11, and in general, being an excellent interface for the car swap. All the people we worked with at Eastside Nissan were friendly and attentive; our experience was excellent and left us feeling confident that we had made a good and fair deal. (We've already told our friends on Facebook all about how happy we are.)
We were dreading the car buyng experience--too many bad experiences with less than honest car salesmen in the past and the entire negotiation process--but we were lucky enough to work with Kevin, and he made all the difference in the world--he is absolutely the best salesman with whom we have ever dealt. He was forthright, knowledgeable, sincere, and made the negotiations as painless as possible. The biggest problem we had was with the paper work (not so knowledgeable person in the finance dept that cost us a lot of time and multiple trips to resolve), but the General Manager made it his priority to resolve the problem quickly when we got him involved. We love the car and will return to the dealer in the future--we hope that Kevin is available the next time we buy a car! We give the entire experience 4 1/2 stars (1/2 star deducted for the paper work fiasco)
I am deeply moved by BMW of Bellevue's kindness and warmhearted service. I had my car repaired in BMW of Bellevue, which is still in warranty period. As repairing need more than 1 day, they borrowed me a BMW 4 series car, without charge. Especially, I made a mistake in Shell gas station, added wrong fuel into the rental car. After consulted the service advisor, they arranged a tow truck to my house, and got the rental car back. I took the tow truck to their office. Then I drove my own car home, which had just been finished repairing. I think the below 3 words fit for BMW of Bellevue: Delicate, kindness, perfect. Hereby I thank the Service advisor: Mr. Josh Ellis. You are the best.
I visited the dealership 4 times over a period of 2 weeks because of interest in purchasing a Juke. Keith is an exceptional individual who handled every aspect of the process with professionalism, expertise and humor. I had heard from 4 other dealers with better sales prices during the same period and, after connecting with Keith, made a decision that I did not want to work with anyone else. He is an asset to Nissan of the Eastside and I will recommend him personally to all who inquire about my new Juke, as well as my family, acquaintenances and friends. I cannot thank him enough for making the experience a truly pleasurable and informative one. Christine L. Sell
Kimethe did a great job selling me a car. Although we came to look at the 370Z, specifically, he took us around and showed us all the models I might be interested in, like the Altima Coupe, because he listened to what I said I wanted in a car. He was friendly and considerate to the fact that I was a bit uncomfortable spending a lot on a car. But I think he also realized how impressed I was with the Z Roadster. Covertible. With all the Options. He helped me get a good price that probably made all involved happy. Thank You Kimethe, I love driving this car, and very glad we came in to look! It is a super sweet ride!!!
It was fine. Unfortunately I had to choose to replaced by transmission on my 2008 Rogue SL at a estimated cost of $4,500.00 or purchase a different vehicle. I was unable to drive the vehicle so my choice was another Nissan. I only had three payments left and was looking forward to no car payment for a while. I just put new tires on the vehicle ($1,100)and repaired the air conditioner ($750). So I just purchased an entry level Juke and will check out my options over the next year.
It was a nice experience - Matthew is a really nice person and will be an exceptional sales person. He was still getting a handle on the pricing, but it is forgivable since since he is new. The financial person that helped with the final paperwork sales was a little odd and almost stilted in his discussion, but that part of the process only took a few minutes. Fastest I have ever bought a new car and if you are shopping for a Leaf then your dealership is the place to go.
I went to Eastside for a tuneup oil change and tire rotation on my '09 Murano and was in the waiting room and Brandon stopped by and greeted me and we started chatting. The next thing you know Brandon and Patrick worked with me to get me into my dream car a Cross-Cab 2011 Murano! They met my needs and I was very happy with the personal care both Brandon and Patrick gave me during my trade in and purchase process. I recommend Nissan Eastside to all Washingtonians.
Absolutely The best service I have ever experienced. I apologize if I've misspelled Romelo. But his service was top notch.I came in with the intention of getting value out of my dollars and was given options for me to choose, no pressure, no heavy sales pitch just great friendly service. I am very please with my choice and will continue to be a valued customer. "Nissan of the Eastside" comes highly recommended Thank you
Guys, Tom Joyce is the guy you need to talk to, he's really helpful. Again Tom thank you so much for the care of my problem. Tom thank you so much! I really appreciate your help. I never had any experience such as a company where you bought your car from a dealership called you after 10 months of business and then follows up with their customer, listen to the customer and trying to solve their problem in a professional way.
