bad service

If 0 star was an option, that would be mine rating;

just want to let you know how unsatified your service are especially the repair scheduling department; 3 months ago, i has my commercial refridegerator repaired by a Walsh technician, it cost over $800, the problem was fixed. Now 3 months later, the same fridge was not cooling again. I called Walsh, the front desk, i think his name is Pat say they will get someone out here first thing in the morning. The next morning came, nothin, no repair man, no call, just no nuthin. I call him again, he told me his mechanic was busy, but can be there tomorrow first thing in the morning, again. The next morning came, guess what happened, the same thing, no call, no anything. After several calls & leaving a voice message, still no one return my call. I try call again one last time & got lucky, he picked up the phone. This time he told me, i'm next on the list, the mechanic will be here in any minute now. Evening came, same as before nothing. I call the office again, but it is closed & i got to talk to an emergency operator insead. He asked for my phone number & said a mechanic will call me soon. Two hours later a mechanic called me & said he is in Everett, he will charged me over-time rate which will start from the time he start driving from Everett to my location. Are you kidding me? After all I've went through they put me on over-time rate & that will start from the time the guy start driving, today is friday & it is 6pm, right on the traffic jam. So basicly he wanted to charged me while he gonna be stuck in traffic for 2 hours. Are you kidding me? I told him forget it, it's time to look else where. Not just this, but now my food has gone bad, if i knew it would be like this, i would have call another company. How are you stay in business with such crappie service. I will never come here again & will tell others of this bad experience. Just terrible......
