Messy and understaffed

I absolutely hate to shop at this Ross store in Bellevue, in fact I no longer will go into this store, I'll just go to the Totem Lake or Issaquah store. It is a mess. The clients must be throwing the merchandize on the floor and the staff let them do it and it stays on the floor. It is so messy it is a real turn off when trying to shop. The towels and rugs are thrown on the floor. The books are a mess. The lines are long and there is usually only one or two people checking things out even when there is a big line. Who runs this store? They need some help and they have sure lost my business to Marshalls down the street.

they stole my money

Ross has always had a bad reputation. If you go to complaintsboard you will see all bad reviews.
Just be very careful when you buy from them and for some reason decide to return your purchase.
They put wrong tickets on items they sell (for instance, dress may have a ticket from men's department)and will blame and suspect YOU that you change the tickets.
Just horrible. I do not shop in this store anymore after it happened to me at least twice. The manager named Valery Martinson refused Ross' mistake and made me feel as a dishonest person. But if you read more complaints from complainsboard, you will see that Ross's empolyess sometimes even hardly trained. She did not return the amount of money I paid because of the wrong ticket and as a result, I lost some money. I would describe it as Ross stole my money from me. To feel that way is not right for any person, and especially for me, who had been a loyal customer for years.
