Going to a dealership is sometimes intimidating, but i didn’t feel that with Rachel. Rachel welcome me and my husband so warmly. She makes me feel that she care, Showed and teach me everything i need to know about the car im buying even to the smallest detail of it. She explained to me in a manner that i understood what shes talking about. Took the time for me to get to know the car. Now im driving my new F-Pace Jaguar and i love it.
Great experience and I higly recommend to go and see Rachel for your new Jaguar...

Service! Friendliness! Honesty!
Typically, these are not words associated with car dealerships. Especially in the pre-owned market. However, Bellevue Jaguar Land Rover has all three and then some!
I recently bought a Range Rover from them. I decided that I wanted to take it for an inspection somewhere close by me. Zoran from Bellevue Land Rover said, ""I bet they won't find ANYTHING wrong. The inspection found absolutely nothing wrong. The car was clean inside, outside, underside, topside. NO COMPLAINTS!. What a guy!
Zoran has gone above and beyond. When the typical dealership would say, ""You bought it, I washed my hands of it and I don't have to fix anything."", Zoran wouldn't. Service for Life.
In conclusion - these guys are honest. They stand behind their vehicles 100%, the vehicles are SUPER clean and I would refer ANYONE to them for the best service and the best vehicles

I just purchased a RR Sport from Land Rover Bellevue and had the most complete, thorough and gratifying experience.
I worked with a Sales Executive named Zoran who was most attentive and was able to obtain for me the first 2012 Ranger Rover Sport in the city.

The best, and easiest, automotive transaction I've ever had -- and I've been around a while. Internet Sales Manager Sean Seaman was responsive to my emails and answered all my questions promptly. We basically did a deal over the phone, including an estimated purchase price for my trade-in before seeing the car -- saving me a long drive had it been too low. Just as important, the dealership honored Seaman's deal after evaluating my trade-in and after I test drove the used car that I ended up buying. Seaman allowed me to have a pre-purchase inspection of the car I bought by an independent mechanic of my choice, and he arranged to have the car delivered to, and picked-up from, the shop. The dealership also performed a couple of minor repairs before I took delivery that the independent mechanic had suggested. The F&I person at the dealership tried to sell me the usual extended warranties and such, but there was no hard sell when I declined. The price I paid for the car was in line with KBB and other internet sources. Seaman and Jaguar/Land Rover of Bellevue might give car salesmen/car dealerships a good name!

Was looking for a used XJ Jaguar and they had one that had some low miles. A 1995 XJ6 plain sedan. Ok, it had under 20k miles on it which of course is extremely low for a near 15 year old car. But to ask $20,000 for a car that booked for $4,000-6,000 WITH Mileage allowance is insane! a $15,000 premium on top of the book price. When I called them on the outlandish premium set forth on the typical going rate of a low miles XJ6 of 15 years they scoffed and acted as if I didn't have enough money to buy the car at $20k and was merely being 'cheap'. I tend to call it Common Sense. The salesman and his manager both assaulted me with derogatory emails. They were obviously fishing for a rube on this car. And I'm sure it's not the first car they have done this with. I mean yes, it's great to have very low miles, but since when does anyone with a brain pay 3-4 times the price of the car simply because the miles are low?? Stay away from these clowns. Totally unprofessional and unethical.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Service department is inept at best, parts department is just as bad. I've owned 3 different Land Rovers, and am a fan of the vehicle despite all its faults, expensive parts and difficult quirks.
However, the service level at the Bellevue dealership is terrible at best.
The parts department can't take credit card orders over the phone.
The repair shop charged me for repairs they didn't do, then tried to convince me I just didn't see what they replaced. I had to walk the service manager to the car and physically show him the parts had not been replaced.
They credited me for the repair, but then they ""Lost the credit in the system"" the next time I called in.
Useless dealership. Even for just buying OEM parts off the shelf.

Was lured in to Jaguar Land Rover of Bellevue by an Internet Special on an LR3. Test drive went great and then we got to talking numbers and the experience went horribly. They tried to give me $7,000 less for my trade in than what it is blue booked. A year ago my car's MSRP was $47,000 and they offered me $23,000 even though it is blue booked between $30k and $32k. Luckily I printed out the blue book price and showed it to them. They pretty much said I was crazy. I said I was going elsewhere and the salesman took a verbal jab at my current car (a year old BMW!). Really unprofessional - was not used to this having dealt with Barrier and BMW of Seattle in the past. When I get a Land Rover it won't be through this place. Bellevue deserves better. It's like those great cars are being held hostage by some really poor sales people.

I just wrote what I meant to write about THIS BELLEVUE DEALERSHIP, unfortunately in the Tacoma space - I have nothing against Tacoma's, but who knows they might be just as awful. Have the 2006 Rover and great car - but absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. Starting with people who take calls, put you on hold and forget about you. Forget trying to actually speak to someone if God forbid you have a problem with your vehicle. Trading my car in for either another Porsche or Lexus (BEST) dealerships I've ever dealt with - oh add Downtown BMW to the list too - we Love our cars - too bad Range Rover lost a good car customer! Don't go to these people, even the owner doesn't care (wrote to him too) who hasn't?

Just purchased a certified LR3 and within one week I have had more problems than I could ever imagine.
Not only was there an electrical short, but two features that I was told the vehicle had, in fact DOES NOT have. Oh yeah, then there is the differential. For some ""strange reason"" the entire differential needs to be removed and REPLACED. On a CERTIFIED car!!!! All I get in response is ""After it is all repaired, you are really going to enjoy this car"". What else is going to go wrong? I could only hope that it completely dies while on the lot so that I can get my money back and spend it on a QUALITY car. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!
The customer service is the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Drunk monkeys would be more effective than the service manager, sales manager and dont get me started on the incredibly stupid inexperienced service techs. After I showed them exactly what was causing an annoying rattle, the tech literally threw his hands in the air and said ""Not sure what we can do about that"" and walked away. There needs to be some serious housecleaning in this dealership. I would start by firing everyone except the receptionist (they seem to be the only ones with any sort of compentency).
THIS PLACE STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
