Overall
Good view, soggy sushi

Consider their price, we expect good quality food. We ordered mostly sushi and sashimi. The taste was ok.

However, all the sushi we ordered have soggy wrapping (seaweed), which make them elastic like rubber bands and hard to eat. The waitress said they were freshly made and that's the way they were. I'm pretty sure I have had sushi with less elastic wrapping elsewhere.

This applies to only the Lake Bellevue location.
