I wanted to change my dogs' vet since I felt our previous vet was always trying to get us to spend more money there than necessary, BUT Dr. Dertinger was great! She spent time checking our dog, went over the vaccinations she thought we needed and were optional. She took her time to talk and didn't seemed rushed at all. I liked the front desk's service and of course, Dr. Dertinger!
Emmy, Thank you for sharing your wonderful and touching review with us. We love reading reviews like yours because it truly goes to show that our staff goes above and beyond to ensure that your dog’s needs are met. We will be sure to pass this kind review to Dr. Dertinger on your behalf. We hope all is well, please do not be afraid to give us a call if there is anything else we can do for you!

Please do not bring your pets here. The doctors here do not have the time to provide you meaningful care. They try to squeeze in as many patients as possible and due to be so overbooked come across very unfriendly. I expected more professional doctors but they were far from that. I also don't think the head doctor really cares about animals. I overheard him being completely rude to the doctors he works with and if he treats humans like that imagine how he treats pets. I will NEVER come here again - awful, awful experience!!
