Please do not take your car here, you will regret it. Autologic has to be one of the worst auto repair shops I have ever been to, by far.
Autologic is a completely dishonest with zero regard for "Customer Satisfaction" even though it's stated as a priority on their website. They will say anything and everything to get you in the door, lying to you along the way and hope that you are too clueless to know that they are taking your money and scamming you.

I have a really high expectations when it comes to customer service. this place is AMAZING!
people are friendly, they shpow you everythign bout yoru car, and explain everything.
they have great discounts for MSFT Prime and AAA members.
and they do their best to get your car fix as soon as they can.
i had a problem with my brakes, and I called them on thursday afternoon, I got my cr back in less than 24 hours, not only they fixed the brake, they also fixed the door (was making some noise, oil it) check all the fluid for free.
I had taken my car to chrysler dealership and they would never fix a single thing extra if you havent paid for it or is not in the list, but these guys, fixed the small things that meant a lot to my experience.
I also asked them to look for my gf's ring that she had lost in my car a couple of weeks ago, and they found the ring for me!
These people are great!
specially the manager Domenic.
I had brought my vehicle to Autologic when the check engine light came on. I chose Autologic based on a referral from my coworker. The technican explained that it would be $113.22 for the work which involved checking why the light was on as well as repairing whatever was wrong as long as it was minor. I agreed to the charge based on the understanding that Autologic would be able to amend the problem.
They called a few hours later and said that the problem was a minor computer problem that could be fixed free to charge by the Nissan Dealer. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was informed that I owed $113.22. I explained to the techician that I did not think it was fair to be charged over $100 for the 5 minutes maximum that it takes to do the diagnostic since the didn't do any repairs on my vehicle. I was told that I needed to pay the charge and that no negotiation would be made. The technician refused to eliminate or even slightly reduce the exorbitant charge.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Go to Aamco in Bellevue where they'll check your engine light for FREE!

My office is right down the road from them in bellevue. So on the day my car was acting up I drove over and dropped it off. They were nice enough to drop me off at work and then they picked me up once the car was finished. It was very convineant and allowed me to work without missing much of my day. On top of that my car has run like a top ever since.

I recently took my car in for a new battery and regular servicing after reading all the glowing reviews on Angie's List and here. All it takes to experience the difference is one call to the shop. You are immediately treated with genuine courtesy & respect by the very pleasant staff. This is so rare with auto shops that we have all come to expect to be brushed aside, put on hold and treated like we are a nuisance. Not here. When I arrived they told me everything they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. They call you if anything is found that will cost above that amount, and they don't do unnecessary repairs...a huge relief in itself. They can explain exactly what's going on with your car in a way you can understand, because THEY understand. When I picked up my car from them, it was running like the day I bought it (and my car is 9 yrs. old). I was on cloud nine. After 30 years in Bellevue, I finally have found ""my shop"". Save yourself the wait and call them today.

i have heard from a very reliable source who sais that they are writing there own reviews because what customer is really gonna be that descriptive about how clean the shop is and organized there tools are and how they are covered up and the aaa operator quickly suggested them i think that is a lil to quincidentle. and they saved them in over $800.00 in parts alone the shop wouldnt even make money. im not for sure about this and hate to say something thats not true but just use commen sense and base your opinion on what you read in the reviews and you make the decision to see if you think they are actually real my opinion is that there are not and i dont believe any customer would have this much information about a shop and be that descriptive why would a customer think of facts that only a shop manager or owner would i mean come on now really thats not very honest if it is fake but i would love to meet the customer that did write that if they did

I brought my 95 volvo 850 GLT to fix a few problems in Feb 09 and was recommended to replace a ton of stuff. Since I was going to give the car to my 16-year-old so I feel obligated to make sure the car is safe. I paid more than $1000 for the work. In less than 2 months, the coolant in the car started to leak, I brought the car back thinking that it is still within the warranty of the previous service. I was told to replace radiator and again charged $600. Not long after, the air conditioner broke down. I was too afraid to go back to AutoLogic. I don't trust them anymore. I think the reviews here sound too good to be true. The consumer checkbook just gave them an ok rating. For me, Autologic is a nightmare.

Full discloser: I am a customer, I am also a friend. I know that Autologic will never do anything that isn't necessary, will not charge you more than the market price, will never lie or evade or cheat. I know that the technicians at Autologic are fully qualified and trained. I know they keep current on the latest technologies and attend ongoing education. I know that they are dedicated to service and customer satisfaction.
Autologic has the highest AAA rating - and that does not come easy.
I know that when I go out to dinner, or watch a football game, or go flying with the owner of Autologic, the topic of his customers always comes up - he never stops thinking about you.
I promise you, you could never find a better, more honest, technically superior, customer oriented auto service than you can find at AutoLogic.

This is a AAA approved shop that well deserves the approval. I actually work for AAA so am so happy to recommend them. I have had my car in twice now for the kind of repairs that aren't so easy to diagnose. One was a sensor that Autologic was able to figure out exactly which one was failing (the bad check engine light) two years ago and never a problem since. The most recent was a power assisted steering failure in my MR2 Toyota Spyder that never showed a warning light, the power steering just became sporadic one day. After much care, thoughtfulness and consideration (I was back and forth for serious testing to see if the problem would occur again) Autologic determined it was the power steering motor and I must say, even though I was covered under a warranty, did not want to replace something that did not need to be replaced. They tested electronics, sensors, contacts, everything to rule out that despite the fact that the failure codes indicated replace the motor, they were not satisfied with that alone and went to great lengths to make SURE this was the problem. A lot of places will tell you do this or that, substitute this or that, but Autologic makes sure to use approved systems and fluids. When you spend a bit of bucks on a car, I don't want to just mickey something. I want to keep my baby for the long haul! Cars are more complicated these days with computer driven processes and Autologic makes sure that the repairs are done to factory specs, they have a smart team there, and a price well below the dealership (at least in my case) and I am nothing but pleased!!!!
This is the type of business that makes you want to come back. No one wants to pay to fix their cars, But all cars break and when they do you want to have the work done by a shop that you feel confident that the work was done right. Autologic is that shop. Frank and the Crew Explain things in a concise and easy way, that even my daughter understands the problem and the solutions. I am a Car Crazy guy and they can give details of the problem and how they fixed it I know that the job was done right! I would recommend this place of business to any one.

I called AAA auto club (800 AAA-help) when my car stalled on 520 during rush hour traffic. A nice lady @ AAA helped me get a tow truck and find a good shop. She quickly suggested Autologic. The operator placed me on hold & called the shop to see if they could help. Autologic said they would stay late to help me. It turns out the operator had her car serviced at almost all of the AAA shops in town & liked Autologic best. She told me that she & her family now only use them. A tow truck arrived quickly to get me so I ended my conversation with the operator (she was long winded about how great this shop is). I did not say much to the tow truck driver while he was hooking up my car to his truck. The driver asked where I wanted to take my car so I turned the question around and asked him who does he suggest. He quickly responded Autologic. I asked why & he said that they have been servicing his moms car for over 25 years. I quickly agreed to go there. The shop does not look like a normal shop because there are no garage doors in the front. There was a small line of people picking up or dropping off there cars. I was quickly aknowledged & was told I will be helped shortly. The wait was very short & one of the two advisors quickly got me signed in, the two truck driver taken care of & had a rental car ready for me. It seemed like they knew that I had better things to be doing with my time. They were very busy however squeezed me. It turns out that a previous repair that was performed at a different shop had gone bad. The young man helping me asked what shop did the previous repairs & offered to help me to get them to help. He called the other shop & spoke with them. My warranty had expired & the other shop would not help. This shop found the vendor for the part & had it replaced for free. Turns out my part had a longer warranty than the labor to install! LAME! Autologic only charged for the labor & gave a 2yr war! I LOVE THIS SHOP THEY SAVED ME OVER $800.00 IN PARTS ALONE!

I went here needing my car window repaired. They not only repaired the window they went above and beyond, to clean off the tape that had to hold up the window. I felt the service and quality of the repairs was excellent, as well as the service. I would highly recommend Auto logic.

They refused to give me a quote on the phone even after I explained that I was very busy with work and it would be difficult for me to come by for them to take a look. Insulted my intelligence by saying the sound I heard driving down the road might even be my windows when I know it is coming from my wheels.

I have gotten my oil changed and bought tires through Autologic. I am very skeptical of auto repair shops in general because in the past I have felt treated very unfairly because I do not know much about cars. But Autologic went out of their way to explain things to me so that I could understand them, this takes a lot of caring about your customers and shows me that they are a very honest company. I feel that Autologic did a fabulous job on my car and I am now a loyal customer! Thank You!

If I had to pick one word to describe Autologic, it would be ""integrity."" We have been taking our vehicles to Autologic for almost as long as they have been in business, and would not really consider taking any of them anywhere else. We have always been treated with the utmost of fairness and honesty. When they misdiagnose a problem and have to undo and redo work, they have never charged us for their do-overs. Our 1998 Dodge Durango has had several problems, all occuring after the warranty expired (of course). Autologic has worked very hard to minimize our expense of these repairs. Our ""fleet"" also includes a vintage 1968 Winnebago, which Autologic has kept in great running condition even though it has often required some very innovative solutions to problems.

I will only bring my car here!!! They are always fair. Prices are usually average to good. Generally all surrounding mechanic shops (and there are many of them) recomend them when they can't figure out the issue with your car. That is exactly how I found them and now that is the only place I trust.
