Going to a dealership is sometimes intimidating, but i didn’t feel that with Rachel. Rachel welcome me and my husband so warmly. She makes me feel that she care, Showed and teach me everything i need to know about the car im buying even to the smallest detail of it. Worst experience ever. Lied to get me to come in. Untold them what I wanted and specifically told them I hated the color red. I was assured my future car was there and a back up just in case I didn't like it. After running my credit, and talking numbers I agreed to come in. I get there and my sales person isn't there. Nor is his backup. But wait it gets better. The car I wanted isn't there. AND nor is the back up. But wait there's more. They have no evidence of ever running my credit or talking numbers. Here is another jem: what color of car do they have in the same model? RED. How can it get better you ask? They talk numbers again which are way off what was earlier discussed. When shown the email with the evidence they say it was an estimate and didn't actually mean anything. And " you will not get a better deal because you are a new (college) graduate (with a bachelor's in nursing) with no credit history. " I have never been so embarrassed or disgusted. Do not go here. Drive the extra hour plus to Olympia is you have to have a dodge. PS I got a better deal from Toyota.. AND They kept this word on discussed numbers.

I am deeply moved by BMW of Bellevue's kindness and warmhearted service. I had my car repaired in BMW of Bellevue, which is still in warranty period. As repairing need more than 1 day, they borrowed me a BMW 4 series car, without charge. Especially, I made a mistake in Shell gas station, added wrong fuel into the rental car. After consulted the service advisor, they arranged a tow truck to my house, and got the rental car back. I took the tow truck to their office. Then I drove my own car home, which had just been finished repairing. I think the below 3 words fit for BMW of Bellevue: Delicate, kindness, perfect. Hereby I thank the Service advisor: Mr. Josh Ellis. You are the best.
I had very positive experience with Halo Motors buying Nissan LEAF. James is a very nice person, very polite and flexible. He patiently explained all details of buying and trade in process and was open to reasonable negotiation. The process itself did not take long time (unlike in many large dealerships), and it was a very efficient time use. I honestly and strongly recommend Halo Motors as a great company to buy a car from!
worst dealer i have ever seen. they are very unethical people. there prices fluctuate more than the share market.i saw an advertisement on there website, i went there to buy a nissan altima, they gave me a quote and i said i need to check with my wife before taking a final decision, on reaching home and after discussing it with my wife i called them and said that i want to buy, the manager told me that the price has changed.. and the change was 3000$. from that moment onwards i kept on getting calls from different sales rep from beelevue nissan and everyone said that we wont change the price and will give you the car on the price we intially promised. i went there again and these guys again started negotiating with me and said sir we never said that we can make this deal happen for you. this happened with a friend of mine as well. he called them after seeing an advertisement on there website, they confirmed the advertised price but once he reached there they back tracked and said there is an error on there website.my suggestion : dont waste your time with these people, go to Magic Nissan Everett and see Ray

Buyer new year resolution for 2015 - do not buy a car here. I bought a car in September 2014, was told by the salesman, Simon Kim, that the car had been thoroughly inspected, was in perfect condition. Within 2 months over $2300 in repair work. Jason Vena the sales manager said they would reimburse for some of the repairs - over 2 months and can't even get a response to voicemails or emails. These guys are terrible and not trustworthy - apparently they spent all their money on a fancy show room and forgot to invest in training their people to have integrity, customer service skills and common courtesy. Save yourself time, energy and aggravation and buy your next car at an establishment that deserves your business.
Bought my 04 Porsche from Ford of Belleuve. Brakes were pulsating when I test drove it. Salesman had the dealership change the brakes before I took the car home. 5000 miles later my brake pads are falling off since "their MASTER TECH" put the wrong sizes rotors on the vehicle and the brake pads grab only a 3rd of the rotor. Talked to the service manager and he basically told me to F off no warranty on. Even on an safety hazard issue!? DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE THEY CANT WORK ON CARS.
Went to get a Camaro. Guys working there are really understandable and approachable. I went in as a layman in terms of knowledge and they were very patient to walk me through everything without issues. I was very happy doing business with them., I highly endorse this dealership.
