Horrible experience!!!!!!!! I dropped 5 shirts off, was told what day to come back, & I came back a day later than that. They could not find my order, then found 4 of the 5 shirts, told me to come back later. I demanded my shirts on the spot. Owner grabbed the shirts off my hand and meanwhile his wife threw my receipt in the trash can also. When I asked for my shirts he is not willing to give them at all and demanded that I pay for five shirts first then only he will give any. After arguing for 15 min.. I paid for 4 shirts and told them to call me when they find my shirt. I followed up on it several times and they never found my lost shirt.DONT EVEN ENTER THIS PLACE!!!!
I asked to clean spot on kid's shirt. They couldn't cleaned the spot, they didn't do it, but asked to pay for that $6.87!!! That's rip-off! I bought it for this price! Also when I asked about too high price for too small shirt, asked to look the price list, there is no price list, no website. The price came from their heads... I said it's too much and heard the answer "It's your problem" ....
Without a doubt, the most considerate and hard-working cleaners I've ever been to. I came in with more than ten shirts, but asked if I could just pick up one of my shirts the following day for work. The woman working the front immediately responded that she would be able to get it back to me today if I really needed it. I returned hours later to find the shirt pressed to perfection! I've now been a frequent customer of this cleaner and have found that they will help out their customers even in their off hours. If you're looking for a Dry cleaners that cares about their customers, works flexible hours, and gets back clean and pressed clothing, this is the best place to go! 5/5!
They are the sweetest people here, they bring your clothes out to your car for you and the prices are great.
For the past four years, Soon and Chung have been my trusty dry cleaning venue. I not only have a very reliable place where my clothes are handled with great care, but I also have found the owners to be warm and welcoming. I feel as if I come to a family whenever I bring, the pick up beautifully cleaned garments. I highly recommend their wonderful services.
This is the first time I have used their services and recently gave them 2 fancy tops for dry cleaning. One had embroidery and both were of delicate material. Also both have been dry cleaned at another business many times with no issues. They have completely damaged both outfits. In one the buttons were fusing with the fabric and any attempts to separate them were ripping apart the fabric. In the second, all the wooden beads that were adorning the top, were missing and the black fabric was looking patchy. What i get in return is a half hearted apology and I had to make several trips to the cleaners before I could get any explanation from the manager for the damages, who had made up her mind about the way the outfit was sewn even before seeing the garment. Apparently they can't treat different fabrics differently and offered an arbitrary amount of $30 for both outfits, with no logic to arriving at that amount & without even checking the value of the garments. I declined her generous offer. My problem is that such businesses should not take in the pieces if they do not feel capable of handling it delicately. I expect there to be a difference in the way silks, woolen garments and cotton garments are treated. In short, this is not an establishment you want to try out if you value the condition of your garments. Mine have been completely ruined and cannot be worn again.
Medina Cleaners has been a great place that my wife and I go to when we need Dry cleaning or alterations. Each time we go there we are well taken care of and our clothes are pressed clean and altered to perfection. We are very happy and highly recommend it to our friends and family.
