I'm a small business owner. I was a Harbor Cloud customer for a couple of years, with a hosted version of QuickBooks.I have found changing, or canceling service with this company to be a big hassle.They seem determined to charge extra fees for this - even though their terms and conditions do not specify what these fees are, and how they are calculated.In my opinion, Harbor Cloud offers poor-to-OK service as long as you keep the money flowing their way - but if you want to change service levels, or move on - watch out!(Updade: Their CEO tried to intimidate me by threatening a lawsuit when I said that I would be reviewing their company online!)
