We signed a contact with Bob Crowther (Macpherson's Property Management).For the last 3 months I managed the property myself, while he got paid for doing absolutely nothing. It started when he hired a "company" that charged me over $550 for frivolous services such as setting TV Wall Mounts for the renters and fixing things I know 100% we're not broken. When I insisted on knowing details, he ignored me for 2 weeks, then he said he's quitting. And of course he kept paying himself for few months after that anyways. we spent hours on calls and emails to him and his managers to get him to stop taking our money and give us the deposit back.The "company" he hired turned out to be a guy who can't put two English words together. Upon calling him, he pretended he doesn't know what I'm talking about and hang up on me.
I just want to say thank you for being our property manager! I'm glad i can always count on you to get things done. Other HOA's don't have the same service. And i love that you have years of experience.
Bob is professional, responsive, punctual and easy to work with. It has been a pleasure renting from him. We especially appreciate how fast he worked to get us into our house and get our lease signed executed.

What difference in management style from our previous firm. Sharon offers multiple of options, a variety of skilled service providers, many who know our community and works creatively to suit our particular needs.
Tami is very professional and courteous, she understands both the needs of the tenants and landlords. I met the actual homeowner and he was very happy of how well his home was being taken care of. I guess I was one of the lucky ones, not only did I end up with a good management company but I also ended up with a good landlord. Maybe it is not the company but the agent you end up with. Thank you Tami! I would definitely recommend your services to my friends and family.
I have been with MacPershon's Property Management for over two years.We moved from California and had to do everything online. Our lease manager was Tami, she was very helpful and made the transition very easy. The home was clean and everything in good working order. Every time we've had a problem, she has been prompt to fix it. I have never had any issues with them and I am happy to say I've had a very pleasant experience with this company.
Wow!! What a change! MacPherson's has done a phenomenal job of turning my apartment complex around since they began to manage the place. Very organized, professional and all around a good company to deal with!
MacPherson's has taken great care of our association. They are very on the ball and always have our best interests in mind. We are grateful to have them at the helm of our little ship here.
Wow! Reading all these reviews on YP (YELLOW PAGES) are night and day from the reviews on YELP . These people on YP are either made up or YP picks and chooses what the company "MacPherson PM" wants you to see. This Company... I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! My family owns our Condo where we live. We are surrounded by renters who move in and out all the time, other owners choose to rent their units. No big deal right? So anytime we have any issues with our neighbor's we often time have to complain to the Rude and narrow sighted PM (office of MacPherson) who not only has the renters best interest (commissions) but, the PM punishes my family and house hold everytime we do have a problem and then turns it around on us just so they keep their renters and then they can charge us hundreds of dollars at a time. I really wish I could go into length but this will probably be enough to become a bigger Target. Just read some of the complaints from YELP. Renter/Rentee BEWARE!
