I loved my experience at Overlake Chiropractic. The environment was warm and welcoming, and Dr. Sabo was very kind and knowledgeable. I had never been to a chiropractor before, and she helped me to feel comfortable.

I am so mad at myself for not looking at these reviews BEFORE coming here! Now it all makes sense that they sent my bill to collections after the insurance told me it got denied because they failed to file in a timely manner. Sabo appealed it and then the codes she billed got denied for whatever reason. Read my yelp review for details but long story short, instead of addressing the billing issues she replies publicly by personally attacking my character on yelp saying I acted like paparazzi so that is why her therapist no longer accepts new customers. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? First of all, I actually prefer to relax during my massages but being "friendly" I engage back just to be nice. If it is supposed to be so secretive then why did she spend all hour telling me about her client Russell Wilson who pays her to travel, how young athletes are too cheap to take care of their body etc. Like I said, if you don't talk about your clients then no one would be asking any questions. If you didn't disclose Russell takes care of you then how would I know who u work on? 2nd, doctors have a duty to keep conversations private when dealing with their clients. I see this office threatening lawsuits to other people posting bad reviews but apparently they aren't being too careful by posting my "so called" conversations. Sabo should have kept it professional and addressed the billing issue. Talk about what I did wrong here...not all that other fluff. Apparently, I am not the only person who she has had billing issues. Too bad I didn't read these before I went to her. Had I know she had one complaint with the state ALREADY...I would have stayed away! There are too many good offices out there to be going to an office like this. Whether you are right or wrong Dr. Sabo, realize that how you react and reply to customers is a direct reflection on your office. Please stick with your profession instead of expressing your "opinion" on me or any other client. If you have any questions on the validity of this review, message me.
I went here because it was on my way from work and I had just moved to the area and needed a new chiropractor. Beautiful office with a nice waiting area but the chiropractor is extremely opinionated and during my wait, she referred to another patients child as "a cute black baby" and during an extremely rough chiropractic session, was told that "vaccines kill babies and make them retarded." I did not initiate any discussion other than talking about my shoulder pain and felt extremely uncomfortable as I have never experienced anything like this. After posting a review, I was contacted by the business owner who called me a liar and threatened to take legal action against me. I would give this place zero stars if I could
Always an amazing experience. Came in after moving up here and cannot be happier. He is always kind, listens to what’s going on and really works on getting to the root cause of the problem. Would always recommend to anyone.
Dr. Weir is compassion about his job. He knows what he is doing and is a miracle worker. I was unable to use my wrist and with only one session he fixed the problem. He is able to help me with my migraines and neck pain. I have been seeing Dr. Weir for a couple of years and would not go to anyone other Chiropractors. Everyone at Dr. Weir office is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Weir to my friends and family.
After being treated personally and bringing in my wife during her pregnancy, I can honestly say that our visits are a highlight of our week. Since Dr. Sabo is so great with infants and even has a photo of herself with her youngest who was adjusted at only one hour old, we have now made it into a family affair. Our longest naps happen right after our office visits so I know it is making a huge difference in our lives. We can't thank her enough for her help and service
I visited Overlake Chiropractic due to extreme back pain and it was the worst decision of my life. To anyone wise enough to look at reviews before they go in for a consultation, I would warn you to avoid this place. Both the receptionist and the doctor are very poor in communicating charges that you will incur from your visits and consultations. Multiple "areas" were treated when there was no need for them and I later received a very long bill stating all those areas were treated. I was not made aware of any of the charges that would be tagged on to the standard consultation and at the end of all this , not only did I get a very expensive bill without a warning, I also was also left feeling no better than I did when I walked in. Infact after 2 visits my back pain grew worse and did not go away for a while. Please avoid this shady establishment at all costs. The kind of charges they will tag onto a normal consultation are just unbelievable.
AVOID AT ALL COSTSThe Overlake Chiropractic Clinic is a shady business that should be avoided by all. In early November 2016 I called them for a consultation and visit for extreme back pain. I wasn't able to sit inclass for more than 5 minutes without having to stretch and try to alleviate the pain. I was taking the maximum dose of Tylenol and Advil but to still no avail. While on the phone I confirmed with them multiple times that with my apple care insurance I would be paying nothing out of pocket even without a referral or any doctor visit. Then when I came to my appointment they assured me again that my insurance was in fact going to cover the visit. This was soon to be not the case as after they made me get their "required" X-rays and spinal adjustment (while I may add I came in for a consultation). Both the doctor and office manager looked puzzled, as they had made an error. Waiting until after doing all of their "treatment" they informed me that the insurance had not in fact been able to cover any of the visit. Still they had not told me then and there that would charge me for their error. Instead they pushed for more adjustments and said all I needed was to visit my doctor and get a referral dated BEFORE the actual consultation. I went to the doctor as soon as possible and within a week go a statement back that the insurance does not cover any chiropractic work. This was 6 months ago and without any contact half a year later I receive an email from them saying I owe them over $330 dollars to pay for their mistakes and that I am accountable for their negligence. I am a full time college student with 17 credits a quarter and have no time to work. This seriously frustrates me and the Overlake Chiropractic Clinic has been uncooperative. Do not go here.
Great staff in front who listen to my concerns and direct me to the best provider who can help me with my treatment. They have worked on my shoulder, my migraine, and just recently, a hip problem that disabled me for a week!
I have moved from Bellevue, WA to CA last year, and have not visited Dr. Mark Lockwood since then. However, I used to visit him at least once a week for at least 2 years during my stay in Bellevue. I had severe back issues in the past, and Dr. Lockwood was always available to provide chiropractic correction and in a very gentle manner. I was referred to him by a few other friends who use him whenever the need arises. Visiting a chiropractor was a big no-no for me before I met Dr. Lockwood as I had heard a number of cases where the chiropractic correction created more issues than they solved, but I can assure you that Dr. Lockwood is the best chiropractor I have met, as he provides the necessary correction with minimal effort. I strongly recommend him.
