They are liars try to make them self look good next minute they are rude. They give you a spot you call to confirm next thing you know they give your spot away. Wasted 3 hours filling out paper work giving a tour for no dam reason. I'm actually happy they gave my spot away after seeing all the bad reviews on here good luck to whom ever took my spot!
I have been very pleased with my experience at this daycare. They care for my daughter as if she were their own. I love how they never have screen time, and they get them outside whenever possible. Learning is their focus and love is their mission. They make staff changes when necessary but there is a very low turnover rate for employment there. This is great consistency for the kiddos and says a lot about their work environment. Whenever I have a concern or issue, I speak with the office and I always get a great response back. Sometimes they will resort to looking back on camera footage to recap a situation. They are very thorough and caring. Ms Ruth is just a joy to be greeted by every morning.
We've taken our one year old son here for 9 months now, and we love the daycare! My son is always happy and smiling when I pick him up, well fed, and loves to see his "friends" (the teachers) everyday! We've seen some turnover in a few staff members recently, but luckily our favorite lady is still there! There is a bit of a language barrier if you don't speak Spanish. This isn't a problem for us, because we can always find someone to translate, and we can tell how much the teachers love our child!
This is an awesome daycare! I have three children in their care from 1 year to 4 years old. They truly have the best care of the children in mind. Great activities - field trips, fall festival, fourth of July party with cotton candy and bounce houses etc. Best bargain in the Omaha area!
Another great week at Caritas. I am so happy I found this wonderful childcare center. I and my daughter couldn't be happier. Great staff, great activities, great facility, great food and great care!
I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. There are a lot of concerns. My wife and i had a bad experience with our children. Be sure to ask questions and talk to the owner. Unfortunately, I know other parents that have also had a similar experience.
Amazing staff! Truly a blessing for working parents. My son has learned so much and they do a great job with balancing education and play time.
I highly recommend this daycare/preschool without any hesitation or reservations. I have two children there and they cry when it is time to go home. My children have been with the same teachers for a whole year. The teachers truly care for the children as if they were their own. All of their workers are CPR certified and have exceeded all state standards for in-service classes - I got this straight from the Assistant Director and the teachers in my children's classrooms. At least 80% or their workers have been there for 2 plus years.
We have always found the staff very responsible, caring and loving to our child. He is very fond of them as well. We have been clients for two years and Carita's has continuously reinvested into the facilities (playground equipment, security upgrades ect). They are even implementing a thumbprint scanning and debit card pay system. You will not find these things at many 220 dollar a week daycares. Believe me.. we looked. We have been so happy with our experience that we still bring our son to daycare for a couple hours on Friday's to see his friends and staff. Even though we no longer need daytime care. The ownership is strict in their policies. Signing your child in, out, paying on time etc... I wouldn't want it any otherway.
So i went in with a friend to pick up some paperwork regarding their child's daycare expenses and my friend was confronted by the owner and three other daycare staff/teachers. I literally saw how they attacked and harassed my friend due to a review that was written on here. The other three teachers yelled and confronted my friend over a review that is allowed to be posted. They're just mad that my friend wrote the truth. My friend is not a disgruntled parent that was kicked out for non-payment, as they claim is the case for every negative review. The owner and staff have No right to confront people as they did over an honest review. They were extremely unprofessional. It seems like the "teachers/staff" were more concerned about confronting a parent over a review than taking care of the kids! As you can see, even more reason to say away from this so-called daycare. You can make your own judgment but this is just what i had experienced with my friend.
