JoAnne has been doing my hair for close to 10 or so years. Not only does she give me honest feedback on my hair ideas, but she helps me come up with the most natural looking ways of bringing these ideas to life. Which is important to me. She is reasonably priced which makes is possible for me to come see her every 6 weeks. I consider Joanne my only hairdresser. And my personal friend. Thanks JoAnne!

Experienced professional staff. Sent a family member a gift card. Best choice I ever made. Thank you
I didn't even want to rate the first and last experience I had with this nail salon. I wanted to give them a chance since I do work in Bellevue, waste of time and money!! The guy was sloppy, he cut my finger with the nail file, didn't do the pink and white in time when I asked (I ended up having pink and white shellac paint) and then he did a sloppy job of putting the top coat on. My nails were uneven and all around the experience was just bad. I will be calling and asking for a refund! Bad experience. I don't recommend this salon for manicures.
just left itzas spa. i fell very relaxed. i like going n not telling her where i have a troubled spot. just to see if she finds it. she has yet to let me down. a plus. thank you itza
We had been looking forward to this apptmt for weeks. It was the day before my daughter was to get married and we were ready for a fun and relaxing time with a few of the bridesmaids. First time for me getting acrylic nails and unfortunately it was a bad experience. The guy who did my nails was extremely rude and impatient. He started off by taking only seconds to trim down my nails, crooked and jagged. He rushed to apply the acrylics and was bothered when I asked a question or asked to trim them down a bit more. In the end, he reprimanded me in a very disrespectful way when I dared to asked for a design on one of my nails and not knowing the process of acrylic nail application apparently had "missed the deadline" on when to make such a request. I got a very rude reply, accompanied by eye rolling and hand gestures. This all happened in front of another client and near the salon manager. She was very apologetic, tried to blame the "miscommunication" on language barrier and said that her nail tech would have a "talking to". Not the fun and relaxing experience we had been hoping for. My nails looked ok for that day, but showed a visible crack on one of my nails just hours later. Already one days after application, several of my acrylic nails showed signs of lifting away by the cuticles, which was very visible with my French tips. Besides the rude treatment, I'm also not happy with the result and am very disappointed. To be fair though, I've come for Pedicures a few times before and have always been happy with that.
I'm not high maintenance by any stretch of the imagination. I get approximately 1 pedicure a year. Last year I bought a groupon for this place and thought the girl did an exceptional job. I was very pleased with my shellac mani/pedi. This past month I went back. Talk about horrible. :( I soaked my feet for less than a minute. No cleaning or cutting of my toenails. She pretty much just painted them. I'm sad to be writing a bad review after my great experience last year. The floors were dirty and I too had to walk barefoot to my nail station. I was in and out in 30 minutes!!! For a shellac mani and a pedi. The lady told me I was the last appointment of the day and I certainly felt like it. Not worth the cost of the groupon. Did nothing manicure like to my fingernails, simply painted them. Got some minty lotion on my legs, but simply painted my toenails. Boo. There goes my annual pedicure.
Vanessa has no business doing nails! I left in tears and went straight to another salon to have my acrylics refilled and repainted. The ridge along the cuticles were just awful! She let me leave without fixing 8/10 smudged nails. I should have refused to pay. I later found fungus on 4 nails. The salon is a dump too.Better bring your own towel to dry your hands.
Nina Nails Nightmare Pedicure: • Didn’t scrape / clean underneath toenails• Left nails jagged• Made me walk across their floors barefoot in late November• Smeared polishShellac Manicure: • Cut / Tore cuticle on right little finger, ring finger & thumb with the coarse emery board, which she used to remove my previous polish.• Split nails: Right ring finger so bad that I had to cut it with clippers well below the skin line• Left nails jagged• Globbed 1st layer & asked if I wanted a 2nd layer• Completely forgot about top layer & light on right thumb• Acted as though none of this was a big deal.• Finally, I said that I had to leave because this wasn’t going well, & I needed Neosporin on my bleeding cuticles.• Even after slicing my cuticles, she kept talking to her sister, which was apparently a HUGE distraction because I’ve never had this much damage or poor service before now.
Went in for a simple polish, and nails started chipping less than a day later. Cheap polish and rude service.
I have been coming here for about nine months, and won't go anywhere else! They do a great job and are super nice!
