I waited in line for over 30 minutes and they still messed up my order. Never again will i go for their service, sonic should close and leave town so a more responsible buisness can move in..
Went to the Bellevue Arby's Wednesday night (March 1st) at around 10pm and placed my order at the drive through since the inside was closed. As I went around the corner to pull up to the window, a car cut in front of me and went to the window. She placed an order at the window and as the crew prepared her order I sat behind her, waiting for an additional 15 minutes. The crew member at the window did not have her pull up or anything. I ended up being late for work and left my food at the window. I called and asked for the manager and the person who answered the phone said he was and his name was "Q" . He didn't seem to care about what happened after I explained everything and asked if I was trying to get a something free. He sounded either tired, high or drunk and I asked him if he was. It was explained that the woman had placed an order 20 minutes ago but had left because it took so long. It was unsatisfactory that they served the woman at the window and since she left she should have been required to go through the entire drive through process again rather than making a customer who was to be next in line wait the additional 15 minutes. Not only was I late for work but ended up not having anything to eat all night, NICE WAY TO TREAT THE MILITARY ARBY'S! This Arby's has lost a loyal customer and I will be sure to spread the word to my other military friends and family.
We've been going to Lum's for years and until tonight had never had a complaint. I have an altered stomach and am unable to eat more than a cup of food at a time. Knowing that, I probably shouldn't have ordered the buffet, but it looked good and even Golden Corral will let you take home your leftovers. I half filled a plate and got a bowl of soup. I was able to actually eat the bowl of soup and a few bites of baked apples. The hostess gave us a takeout bowl, so I figured it was ok to fill it before we left. I wasn't trying to hide it. Because the waitress saw me fill it, she wouldn't let me take my leftovers without an additional charge. I told her to throw it all away. Because we were treated so poorly, we will never go back. Of you expect to be treated fairly, and like to receive food value for your money, don't go to Lum's. I paid $12.95 for a bowl of soup and it wasn't that good.
