This clinic has been going down hill for years, but I always had confidence in the PA's they employed. I have run into an emergency situation, didn't feel it necessary to sit in the emergency room for 4 hours, it could wait until morning and I'd just call Bellevue Family Practice to utilize their on-sight x-ray abilities right? WRONG! No one is available to pick up the phone for the last hour, answering service has no clue what might be going on at the clinic and during a drive-by at the office, all the lights are off but several people sitting inside. Way to go Bellevue Family Practice, I'm finding a new dr., thanks for nothing, I will miss your PA's.

They are very unorganized and rude. The front desk takes days to return calls and acts put out when asked for an explanation.If the doctor wasn't great, I would stop going.

My entire family used the Bellevue Family Practice for over 3 years, we were happy with them until now, we have health insurance to cover most of our medical costs. I called their office for a appointment because I was not feeling well, they told me that I could not see the doctor until I paid my bill off in full, which is less than $200.00, that is a fraction of what we have already paid out of our pockets and my insurance has paid. We always paid our co pay for each visit and put some extra on the out standing balance we owed. I was shock when I was turned over to collections. This practice is more concern about the money than my families health care. We have never been treated this way from any other doctor's office in the Bellevue and Omaha area. We are sending this collection office the balance we owe. Be assured that from now onthis doctor's office will never have to worry about getting thier money from any one in our family again.
