I came from Chicago to visit my mom, who has been getting her nails done by Vivian for the last 3 years. We will not be back. The owner is incredibly rude and obnoxious. I went in for a polish change that took over an hour. First, I had to keep reminding him what shellac color I chose only for him to bring the wrong one. Second, he didn’t completely remove all the old color from my nails before attempting to paint with the new one. When bringing this to his attention (because it was noticeable and unappealing), I was moved to another chair with no explanation. After explaining to the new attendant that I still didn’t have the color that I chose, I was asked to “pick a color” (as if I hadn’t asked for the same color 3 times already). I was then ignored as she started to work on someone else. I asked the manager why I was getting passed and he said I “was taking too long to find a color.” He was very defensive and wouldn’t own up to any of his mistakes with my service. When my mom (who was finished with her service at this point) suggested he do something for the error and unnecessary wait time, he got embarrassingly loud and told us to go to the nail shop down the street. That’s exactly what I did too. Apparently, this isn’t the 1st time guests have been treated poorly here. Beware and save your hard earned money for a place that values their paying customers.

Awful the tech are disrespectful will carry on conversations in Chinese i will never visit this place again. The tech in the first chair did a terrible job on my nails then wanted to charge me to fix them. I would not take my dog in that place
Went at lunch to get my nails done. Greeted outside by a man smoking then was told twice it would be around 5 minute wait. When the girl that was suppose to do my nails while all the men where just sitting there said I will be there in a minute proceed to take a women who came in after me to have her eyebrows done before she would start my nails. Needless to say I left this was the first and last time I would step foot into this place. I can't believe they are still in business. If you work hard for your money I wouldn't go here as they don't deserve it.
I have been to this place three times. They are very slow but it is close to home. My last visit I specifically asked the nail tech Sonny if they used the dipping powder for nails. He said yes. That is what I already had on my nails. He said they did not have a lot of colors. When he started on my nails I made the comment that he was doing the process different. He did not have me dip my nails in the powder. Instead he dipped the brush into the powder. He said it was easier that way. I said ok. Then I told him it looked different. He asured me that it was the same. After I left I couldn't get this put of my head. I called back the next day and spoke with the manager. She told me that they do not offer dipping powder. I wanted to know why Sonny was deceptive. The manager, Kim, said that I must have been satispied because I paid for it. I wasn't asking for my money back. I didn't appreciate acrylic being put on my nails and being lied to. No accountability.
I walk in, she knows my name, only been here a few times. The male that did my pedicure did an excellent job. Gentle, precise and quick for the great service I received.
Love Tina she gives great pedicures and I get so many compliments on my nails...her nail art is awesome
My opinion is short and sweet I think Bell Nails is fabulous. The staff are all very experienced, cheerful and consistent. Always a pleasure to be here
I had really liked going to this nail salon , till the girl doing my nails got smart with me .. Because I told her how I wanted them .. She said she knew more about nails then I did.. Well guess what I am the one paying to have them done and I was not being smart with her or anything ,, so I go somewhere else now ,
I love this place. I've searches for years for such great attention and services. Great pedicures and custom nails. Always happy.
I went to Belle Nails because it was close to home. this was my first and LAST time there. I was very disappointed with the service. I went in for a shellac manicure. The service was very rushed, she stood the entire time she did my manicure and kept leaving to attend to others throughout the time i sat there. They scrimp on product. Every where else I have gotten my manicures has used OPI products, I don't know what brand she used but she only put one coat on and within 3 days the white from the French manicure started chipping and in less than a week I had 2 broken nails! They are no where near as strong as they normally are with shellac. NO conditioning, hand massage, nothing. A little lotion applied to my hands when they were done, that was it. I don't mind paying for quality service. For 30.00 I will take my business somewhere else! Just glad I did not get a pedicure as well!
