Paula's Cleaning Svc

Firstly, I have to start off with saying the lady who came to my house did a wonderful job. I have no problems with her. She is the only reason it didn't get 1 star.



But as for the company itself, they are terrible. I had an appointment time of 9am, and at 9:30 I called to check up. They told me they had thought I canceled, apparently they mixed me up with other cancelations. After telling her my address again, she promised someone would be there in 30-40 minutes. After arriving, nobody had told me that I needed to supply them with cleaning supplies. Luckily I had a *few* things. And then she wanted gloves? You would think they would have everything they needed instead of relying on the home owner, or at least tell the client they will have to have supplies handy. By the end she had used up all but one roll of expensive paper towel.



Originally I was quoted $130 at the *most*, but at the end they gave me a final price of $180. I asked about a discount for the inconvenience, and all they'd do is $10 off.



I was also promised they'd be done by noon originally, then 2pm after they were late. They still weren't finished by then . They should have had more than one person on a "team". I feel bad for the lady doing it all by herself.



I definitely do not recommend this company, and will be calling someone else next time. Promises are not kept.
