Not Happy at all. Would not change my oil at 15 minutes till closing time. No other customers were there or being serviced. Manager was rude and lied to me about who the owner was. Will not be back!

I have been here a few times and they are always fast and friendly. The service is great and their prices are competitive with other quick lubes.

Fast, friendly service. Was in and out in 10 min. Got my oil change and made it to work on time.

I'm very disappointed with the Manager (Shane) of Lube Stop in Belleville, MI. I called today to ask if I could use a coupon from Valpak that advertised the regular price of a Synthetic Oil Change as $39.95-$49.95, plus $6 off for the coupon. Shane informed me that he was not aware of such a coupon and that a Synthetic Oil Change would cost me $54.95. When I told him that this coupon had the company's address on it and that it did not expire until 9/15/12, he said oh well it's $54.95. I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was, and I asked who was his boss, he said the owner. I asked to speak to him, he said that he was never in, then he became quiet. I said "hello, are you there?", he replied "I'm very busy." This was the manager speaking to me. Customer service certainly is not a high priority in this business! I would never use this business or recommend it to anyone! Very rude management! Isn't false advertising illegal?
