Never been so unsatisified with a company ever!! Would never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone!

This company is the best. It has beautiful trucks and very nice prices. Also they get it done right the first time.

This is a great company to deal with. My Explorer was impounded Saturday because of an unfortunate mishap. I called and spoke with Paul about getting my vehicle out. Paul advised me to speak with the manager Jim. So when I arrived at the impound yard I spoke to Jim and not only was he helpful enough to advise how to get my vehicle out, he also quoted me a very fair price to get my truck back to my house in Romulus. Unfortunately being an impound yard they deal in cash only but since I was towing the vehicle back to my house he allowed me to pay for the second tow by credit card. They saved the day even though they are in the impound business. This company is the best and does not stoop to the levels of most impounds which are crooks and thiefs. They were polite, friendly, and their offices and trucks are very clean. i highly recommend doing business with this company!

They charged my family almost $600 to get our Explorer back that got towed to there lot after are front tire came off. Then would not allow us to replace tire in there lot after we paid to get it. So we had to pay to get it towed off there lot also. That's bad business.

The roads were horrible Saturday near Detroit. I was on my way to DTW to pick up my husband from a deployment when some guy lost control of his car and hit me. I was a sitting duck and almost hit by 2 other out of control cars. When everyone else was too busy, John rerouted Jim and a flat bed to take me to a repair shop so I could get back on the road to my husband.  They were superb, reasonable, and saved our day.  Thanks, guys!

during the snow storm in January. We called AAA and was told it would be 7 to.9 hours before they would send a wrecker to my wife who was broke down on Southfield freeway with our 2 year old son.after calling several other companies who where all about the same wait we called and spoke with John From Great Lakes Towing and he of course stated that because of the harsh weather that he to would be 2 to 3 hours . After my wife explained to Him that they where in a dangerous situation john routed a flatbed to her in 3 0 minutes. I always heard good things about theses folks and they really came threw.
