I had my CPAP device delivered on Wednesday the 5th of July 2017. It even came earlier than expected. My tech Paul, was very courteous and knowledgeable about the product.

Terrible. Called to order CPAP supplies over a month ago and was told the parts were in stock and would ship immediately. Finally called them again as I have not received anything. They said they tried to call me weeks ago but have a wrong number in the computer. I asked them to confirm my number, and as expected it was correct. The CS rep gave me a number to their warehouse and told me to call them to see if I can get it shipped. Why am I calling their warehouse? Shouldn't customer service handle that? I haven't had a good experience with this company since day one. Lazy and un-organized to say the least. My next phone call to them will not be a friendly one.
This is the worst Lincare office I've ever seen. Not only did they not deliver my oxygen concentrator when scheduled. My family was told it could not be delivered even though I order everything 2 weeks ago. My family had to go pick up my equipment. On top of that when I called to complain I was told that Chris would call me back. That was 4 hours ago still no call back. I may have to see if my insurance will cover another company because I like to breath.
I always receive quick and courteous either on the phone or the occasional office visit. They work with the insurance company ascertaining I get the needed supplies and billing issues (when they happen) are resolved quick and professionally.
I am very disappointed in the customer service. I have a billing issue and I have called four times since I recieved the bill in mid January 2013. Two of the four calls were made to Eric Darnell (my apology if I misspelled his name) the CEO. I lalso left two messages prior to the two made to Mr. Darnell to his assistant and she did not return my calls or my concerns either. I was incorrectly billed and this company does not want to acknowledge it. It is very disappointing and upsetting. I pray that consummers have other opitions other than IV Respiratory Care.
