Poor customer service. A week before the Saturday wedding, they gave us a delivery time for everything and said they'd let us know Monday before the event if there were changes. Nothing on Monday. On Wednesday (two days before delivery) they emailed and changed the time by 3.5 hours, after we'd already coordinated the expected delivery time with the site. When I called to express dissatisfaction, the female manager blamed the problem first on the "intern" that gave us the initial time, then said they just didn't have the schedule done on Monday like they normally do because they are busy. That is unacceptable. If a business tells you they will have a firm schedule by Monday and it's not done on Monday, they should notify you of the delay...not wait until Wednesday to notify you of a new time. And to top it off, they were an hour late getting there because they tried to deliver everything to the billing address instead of the delivery location, which was clearly on the paperwork.
